Holiday rentals with a patio in Merriam

2 bedroom, 2 bath for us two couples with nice size bedrooms. Spacious living and dining combination room. Kitchen was good sized and was well appointed with dishes, coffee maker, and pots & pans. We were there for a wedding in Bonner Springs. Our 4 night stay included some tourist sights and wedding events in downtown KC which was a less than a 30 minute drive away. We would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I had a great stay at Cheryl's guest suite! From a dedicated parking spot, to easy access, to a fully stocked and immaculate space, I would 100% recommend staying here. The location can't get any better - 18 mins to downtown, 30 mins to airport, walking distance to old OP. Cheryl is an excellent communicator, and was so friendly and accommodating for us on check in / check out.

We stayed at this beautiful Airbnb to celebrate a wedding in KC. Everything was in top notch condition and extremely clean. The host was helpful and checked in throughout our stay. I highly recommend!

Lovely, clean, and well-stocked place to stay! It was so generous of our host to have a few cold drinks and snacks available, after a long travel day, it made it feel like home. Lots of top-notch little parks nearby to go for a stroll.

Rob and Brenda had a very nice spot in downtown KC. We had a concert at the T-Mobile Center and it was really nice to walk over. Plus there are a multitude of wonderful restaurants in the area, as well as, the apartment is situated close to the river market district!

We had a great stay at Anchors Away and loved the surrounding area. Plenty of food/drink options within easy walking distance to the apartment.

This is an excellent home base to explore Kansas City. The apartment is spacious, private, easy to get to, and comfortable. Kellie was easy to communicate with, flexible, and friendly. I would highly recommend!

Great little spot! Walkable to some cute coffee shops and a great climbing gym! Very central to a lot of great spots. We had a minor problem with the toilet, but Vince was super responsive and got it fixed right away!

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! The home was beautiful, clean, and cozy. We loved the patio out back and enjoyed some dinners there. It was very family friendly; our kids loved the toys they had and the close parks nearby. Tiffany gave some suggestions of places to check out and was overall great with communication. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area!

I travel to KC 4x/year for work and my family and I have stayed at several air bnbs in the area. Jordan’s home was our favorite!! The location was ideal- walkable to several different parks/playgrounds for my toddler, walk to the village/great restaurants and shopping, and beautiful neighborhoods for morning run. We don’t usually have high expectations for the beds when we stay at airbnbs but we all slept better here than at home in our own beds!! Super comfortable and soft plush bedding, this was a huge highlight for us. Jordan was a great host - responsive, friendly, and helpful when we had left behind an important item. Highly recommend Jordan’s home for a quiet and comfortable stay in PV. We are hoping to book this house next time we visit KC!

Demetria was a great host! Very responsive to all inquiries. The Airbnb listed many amenities, games, activities and unlike others, every single game, amenity, etc. worked GREAT! We had a 2 and 4 year old and they had endless things to do during our stay.

Quiet neighborhood and lovely home. The basement was a plus. Would stay here again.

This home was perfect to get our family together under one roof. It had plenty of space for all of us, and the grandkids absolutely loved the pool ! It’s located in a beautiful neighborhood, with a park and other amenities nearby.

We stayed at this house for a PBR baseball tournament. Location was great, very convenient and accessible. House is an older home that has been updated in an older neighborhood…very quiet. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. It is located in a great area close to lots of restaurants and easy drive to all KC has to offer. Douglas responded very quickly to all our questions and was very helpful. We will definitely try to stay there again when we visit KC!

Sage is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and proactive. The guest suite is comfortable and has everything you will need for a stay there. The condo is in a great location very near the Nelson Atkins art museum and a few blocks from the Plaza. I would definitely stay at Sage's place again.

We enjoyed our time at Pamela’s property. Loved the park view. Very easy to get around. Lots of great areas within walking distance. Very comfy bed. Fully stocked if you want to stay in. Bathroom area is a little tight, but totally doable. Street parking and we never had an issue getting a spot. Would definitely stay again and really appreciate the wonderful, quick communication.
