Holiday rentals with a patio in Kansas

2 bedroom, 2 bath for us two couples with nice size bedrooms. Spacious living and dining combination room. Kitchen was good sized and was well appointed with dishes, coffee maker, and pots & pans. We were there for a wedding in Bonner Springs. Our 4 night stay included some tourist sights and wedding events in downtown KC which was a less than a 30 minute drive away. We would definitely stay there again.

This place was beautiful. We booked this for the unbound gravel race so it's was 4 guys and 4 bikes. Middle of town and walkable to everything. The Flint Hills Nature trail is right outside your door, great for a shakeout ride. Host was great too!

Megan is an exceptional host. The place is exactly as described. Perfectly clear instructions for entry and departure. We were very impressed with all the details within the apartment. The bed was super comfy….& I will admit I am a bed snob! My husband and I enjoyed it very much. We loved walking around the area and to the Capital. I will book again in a few weeks when I return to visit my son who lives nearby.

The boxcar was a very unique stay for us! Very nice and comfortable. Emily was very helpful with extending our stay and very responsive.

Ryan & Michelle host a very cozy spot with very beautiful surroundings & scenery. Their hardwork shows in both landscaping & cleanliness throughout the property and house. It was a pleasure to meet them both, very nice people! Would absolutely stay here again. 10/10.

One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in

This is my favorite quiet oasis to stay at anytime I'm in Pittsburgh for trainings! It's so quiet, I knew there were people on the other side feom their car in the drive but you can't hear anything. The was my second time stay here & never turned on the TV ( even though it's there & big) either time. It's just so quiet and peaceful & a great place to catch up on reading!. And so many places to get comfy to read or study, very nicer furnished. The shower is so relaxing after a long day and it's very nice to be able to be able to do my laundry before i leave & come home with clean clothes! Colt is always very help and keeps the house stocked with so many nice amenities and thoughtful surprises. Great host and an amazing little house!

The house is fun, and we would reserve it again. We are a family of 7, with me (Mom), 3 young adult sons and daughters, and three teenagers. It’s an older house, with a couple “Older house idiosyncrasies”. it’s such a lovely house for a stay, and so very cleverly and elegantly arranged. It feels peaceful, welcoming, and even the furniture layout begs for family engagement. The hot tub is amazingly clean, and my teens loved it. There were plenty of towels for it, readily accessible for everybody. At dinner time I was relieved to find a can opener and colander. Every utensil I could need was available and easy to find; there were enough I didn’t have to wash and reuse to get through meal prep. Also, there were plenty of dishes, and they were beautiful. I didn’t have to wash any to finish our meal. The dining room is arranged so we could all eat near each other, rather than in shifts. There were plenty of plastic plates and cups for small children. I highly recommend it for a family

Fabulous space for a spa feel and a bonus separate place for the pets. Beds were so comfortable! Made traveling with our pets so stress free!!!

The house truly felt like a home. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and all the little things were thought of. My kids enjoyed running in the spacious backyard and challenging each other with the board games provided. The property was very centrally located as advertised. We never had to drive more than 10 minutes to all of the places we wanted to explore. I would highly recommend this property and would 100% stay here again!

The Little Yellow House, was exactly what we were looking for. Affordable, clean, spacious, and over all so CUTE!. We enjoyed our stay enough room for our family perfect!. We will be back in August & September. Thank you Again, Witherspoon Family

Me and my girlfriend loved this Airbnb it felt at home as soon as we walked through the door and everything in the house was super neat and comfy and the owners always responded pretty quickly with no problems to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this one to others and I would definitely stay here again myself. Thank you Chris

We were stopping in on our way out west and this place was the perfect halfway point for the 2 of us and our 2 big dogs. You could just tell the owners of this property actually cared. There was no skipping out when it came to the comfort of the place. The bed was great, toiletries were filled, and the bed even had 2 soft and 2 hard pillows! Brilliant idea! So easy to tell tons of thought went into this place!

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to bring our dogs, which made our experience even more special. The space was perfect for them—comfortable, and with plenty of room to settle in. As I traveled to be an artist at the Smoky Hill River Festival, having such a welcoming and hassle-free stay made all the difference. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pet-friendly and inviting retreat

Had a wonderful girls trip in Lawrence. Loved how close it was to Mass street and the farmers market! We enjoyed the hot tub and drinks at night.

Obviously, the location is perfect for K-State sports. Quiet, comfortable, convenient, and safe. But don't wait for a game to use this space. There is so much to do in Manhattan year-round.

We loved are stay here. Very quiet, new, clean and an air conditioner that worked well. It was so fun to walk to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Parking was 10 cents per hour….cheap! We will stay here again!

This house was perfect for our son’s wedding party. The front entrance even had the perfect place to hang all the suits for the groomsmen. They were able to hang out, play yard games, and enjoy evenings before the big day. We then rented the two small apartments for I and the girlfriends. It was so nice to be on the same property . It was a unique place and made our wedding weekend even more fun for our guests/groomsmen. All the guys loved the house!!

Great stay. We were attending a camp at Kansas State and the condo was literally across the street. It was just what we were looking for!
