Grandaddy’s house is on approximately 4 acres of land providing comfort along with peace and quiet. Only 2.5 miles from downtown Warm Springs. Our home is a quarter mile from a railroad crossing (and this is a community built around the railroad) so you may hear trains going by. Most people find it charming, quaint and pretty typical of a small town. Kids love it. Smart TV’s W/ firestick remote So you can login in to your own streaming account and local channels are available. (No Cable TV)

Now we are opening it up for others to enjoy. Please be aware that it is set-up as a retreat! There is a hotspot set up in the house for computers, but there are no T.V.s.
