A Little Slice of Heaven with Lots of Comfort

Nestled off Hwy 101 back in a nice wooded residential area. Peaceful and quiet on a gravel road (2nd lot from where the gravel starts) with beautiful view of Sutton Lake as you approach the property. Front yard nicely secluded usable area. Back area looks like a rain forest with very large trees; sometimes you might see a deer pass through, not a usable area but beautiful to look at from the wrap around deck surrounding this cozy mobile home with nearly 1,000 sq ft of living space.

Kathy’s place was wonderful. Let’s start with the basics: ✅ It’s clean, simple (in the best way), and very accommodating. We ate in for quite a few meals, so appreciated the well appointed kitchen. ✅ The beds are comfortable! ✅ staying here felt like stepping into our own second home. We lacked for nothing. That’s impressive. ✅ fast wifi ✅ it’s quiet and peaceful, and truly allows one to vacate and relax. ✅ Kathy was immediately available with any questions we had, and there is a note in the space for clarity on everything you’ll need to know about the house. Other stuff: 🚤 The view, of course, is spectacular, surrounded by woods ✅ We felt safe to walk anywhere in the neighborhood and in every adjacent town day or night. This includes the forests and big beaches. ✅ coming from big Texas, it was positively euphoric to go to the woods, then walk on the beach plus grocery and returning to the house in roughly a 10 mi.² radius. This was a wonderful stay after a long day of driving on the coast. Mary was kind and informative, answering all my questions over the phone while giving my partner and I space and privacy to decompress in the unit. There were plenty of kitchen appliances, I could have stayed there a week and made my own food every day. The s’mores kit was a very sweet, welcoming touch.

This condo was beautiful with nice views and felt safe and secure. The only issue we had was we were unable to watch either of the televisions, after several attempts ... we gave up. Everything else was great and exactly as described.

Such a great location and stay experience. It was so peaceful. Had everything you could possibly want and need, from blankets to horseshoes. The house has a cool story, and a one of a kind location. We brought our dog and we're appreciative of the fully fenced yard and dog amenities, like treats and a leash. We will be back!

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at Sunflower Seas. First of all, I LOVE sunflowers so I was super excited to find them all over the place! Everything was clean and although the space was small we had everything we needed. Great bath and shower, comfy bed, lovely outdoor area. Walking distance to the beach, too! Also, Norma was super responsive and friendly. My mom and I woke up to a minor ceiling leak in the kitchen on our first morning and it was fixed within a matter of a few hours! I would definitely stay here again and I recommend this spot to anyone traveling to the area.

Salt Water Bungalow, walk the dog to Heceta Beach.

Everything was great, my family loved it, only issue we had was the shower curtain rod fell down a few times but other then that it was great.
