House holiday rentals in Meramec River

The house was even better than we imagined it would be! It felt more like a retreat than an Airbnb experience! The location was beautiful and easy to get around. The yard was beautiful and private. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked and clean. The washer dryer combo was also a cool feature. We loved our stay and will be back for sure!

We came for a graduation for our daughter. She and her husband and four kids stayed with us. Deborah went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! There were graduation decorations and even bubbles for the kids to help Mom celebrate! She left little surprises all over the house for our grandkids and they were so entertained by such a well stocked home! The pool was way nicer than expected and we had so much fun in it!! You can tell Deborah takes pride in this home and in providing a memorable experience! This was actually a last minute booking because our original place was canceled and I feel it was meant to be. This was a better weekend because of where we stayed!

This property met all of our expectations. Dylan is a great host, and it is even lovelier than the listing photos! Super close to Main Street, Lindenwood, etc. It is so nicely appointed- from the kitchen to the linens to comfy beds and YouTube TV. On top of that, it was squeaky clean and well cared for. This was a really special weekend for our family, and this house made it even better. We all agreed that we would stay here again in a heartbeat if it was available. If you're looking for a place in St. Charles and this fits your size / bedroom / bathroom requirements, stop shopping and go for it.

This place was just what we needed for a quick trip back "home." Location was great. Nice and quiet and private. Easy access to highways, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Matt was very responsive to any and all questions. How was very clean and had everything we needed. Basement games were fun for kids as well:) We're actually coming back next month and staying at one of his other properties. We're sure we won't be disappointed!:)

Great location, all the amenities you could ask for, loved the bath tub and hot tub! Super clean and comfy! Our family loved it! It was the perfect get away after a busy day in the city!

If you’re looking for an affordable, immaculate, spacious place that’s perfectly situated in country serenity, yet conveniently close to just about every creature comfort…look no further! This home is gorgeous. The pics don’t even capture how open and welcoming it truly is. The location… felt very safe, private, quiet, breathtaking farm views anytime of day but highly recommended enjoying your am coffee on the front porch. From Prairie Base, it’s hard to believe town is only about 7 mins away. My family stayed with Amanda and Travis for my daughter’s basic training graduation at Ft. Leonard Wood. Easy access to the Hwy and an easy 40 min straight shot. The hosts - Communication check in/out instructions were timely and clear. Travis even took time out to provide us with some ranching advice and education. We are highly satisfied with our stay and if life brings us back to the area, we’ll book again!

This was our second time staying at this location and, like the first time, we had an awesome time. Loved the indoor pool! Great atmosphere, clean home, and plenty of space for 9 people. The separate cabin by the lake is an added bonus.

Huzzah hideout was an amazing place to stay for our extended family float trip. The space itself was clean and well stocked. The hosts thought if all the extras to really make our stay special. The location was fantastic. The kids LOVED being able to walk right down to the huzzah from the house. Would definitely stay here again!

The house and neighborhood are so charming and it's easy to get around the area. People were very friendly and invited us to trivia night next door! Chris and Heidi were very responsive and great hosts. The binder with information on amenities around the area was especially helpful. Great stay!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The bed sheets were super soft, and the host had every thing you could possibly think of. The kitchen was extremely stocked, and there were plenty of toiletries to choose from. We loved watching the chickens in the yard through the window, and the host's dog was super sweet. We will be telling all of our friends and family about this hidden gem, and we can't wait to come back!

This is our third stay, and we will return. The property is beautiful and peaceful, and lots of room for our dogs to run (and swim!). We love birdwatching and feeding the fish and turtles in the pond. We had a lot of rain this time around, but the place was well-stocked with games and puzzles. The furniture is very comfortable and love the new beds in the second bedroom.

Beautiful place for family and friends. Safe neighborhood and it was great to walk for recreational purposes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The entire place was clean, beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the neighborhood was great with a park and a even a few restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. It was the perfect place for our family and a great launching point for family adventures at places like Grant's Farm and the Magic House. Easy access to grocery stores and plenty of other restaurants and parks as well.

Jessica was very nice and helpful and she responds very quick the cabin was nice does have neighbors but they was nice and stay to themselves the view was beautiful from the hot tub.

The host was super helpful and there was someone on site in case we needed help with anything. The area was pretty peaceful and a nice respite when getting back from activities in town.

Stephanies ranch home was beautiful and we loved getting to pet their horses. We will be back in the warmer months to take advantage of the parks and river floating.

Was a very clean, and family friendly place. Our kids really enjoyed their train room, and the toys that were available!

My family and I came down to celebrate my birthday! We always do a yearly float trip. This house was perfect and Justin was extremely responsive. We did an escape room while there, ate at some different places. Overall a wonderful stay, perfect house, and great location.

We stayed at Katie's place for one night during our road trip. Everything was amazing - the place was cozy, clean, and super cute. Perfect for what we needed! It also smelled amazing (I saw this in the reviews as well and thought it was interesting, but it's true!). We were actually upset to only stay one night because the place was so cozy and peaceful. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling in or through the area!

For someone that is from the city. And want that feeling of what living in the country is like I definitely recommend this place. Some may feel that this possibly a little too far out for them. But that is the whole charm of this place yes it takes a couple more minutes to get there. But if you’re looking for true quiet and peaceful surroundings this is the place for you.

The place was better than what the description showed and stated! It was very clean, had some great little extras..like twinkle lights, record player, beautiful decor and it was in walking distance of everything In Kimmswick. I wish there were a few more utensils (more sharp knives, serving platter) but I also understand sometimes things walk away from an air bnb) The coffee maker could use an upgrade but it got the job done. None of those things hurt our trip...just providing feedback. I would definitely book here again and will recommend to others! Thanks Kelly for an adorable, clean and very comfortable stay. We wished we booked 2 nights instead of one!

A extremely beautiful place! The drive was a little bumpy due to the 40 minutes of back roads but I was definitely recommend this stay for anyone looking in the potosi area! Our original airbnb cancelled 12 hours before check in and we found this place and it was a place out of a dream definitely a lot better than the original booking we had!
