Everything was perfect for us. All the descriptions of the property, photos etc were accurate. Daniel and Jeremy were very helpful and always responded to queries. We did not speak French and they did not speak English but we managed to comunicate by phone/text and translator apps. So no issues. It was slighly difficult to get to by car but once you got used to it, it was not an issue. There are no shops or restaurants close by but that did not worry us as we were happy to make our own dinner each evening. The weather was perfect during our stay 20 deg at 09.00 and a max of around 30 deg. We would recommend this place to any couple, either as a base for site seeing or to chill out if you don't want to get out and about. We visited 3 different beaches during our stay and did touristy things during the day. Then made our own meal in the evening. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace and it was very peacful. We recommend this place. We stayed 26/5 to 2/6/2025. Ena + Alex

It's a shame that everything has to be done by car. Nothing nearby that can be done on foot. No child safety on the terrace, with the stairs. It would be wise to install safety barriers.

Our stay was a complete success! The location is very quiet and ideal for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we could sleep wonderfully. The pool was a real highlight: large, refreshing and perfect for cooling off on warm days. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine…) with a large plot around it. The walk into town is quite steep, but doable. In about 20 minutes you are in the center of the beautiful village of Le Lavandou, where there are many great restaurants. Particularly noteworthy is Christine, who was quickly reachable at any time and immediately took care of everything. Merci beaucoup!

I was looking for a unique place to invite my best partners for our seminar. The house allows for true hotel independence and moments of sharing and work. The view of the bay is simply beautiful and the house very nice. Therese was very responsive and always attentive. The proximity to the sea and trails is a real plus. A great experience!

The accommodation and amenities are really great. There was nothing missing. Everything is selected and decorated with great attention to detail, everything is very generous and spacious. The high-quality kitchen has everything you need, the entire house and each of the three bedrooms can be cooled with AC, which is pleasant in the hot temperatures. The best thing is the great garden with pool - great atmosphere to just chill or BBQ in the evening. The house is very new, everything was very clean and Benjamin as a host very helpful and friendly. What we did not like so much was the central location of the house to the expressway and the adjacent commercial/industrial area, which was not so inviting for a walk with the dog. Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars.

We really enjoyed the time at Maison Caryatides! The decor is beautiful and stylish, so you immediately feel very comfortable, with lots of details. Really special! It also has everything you need - heater for colder days (we were there in a rain week in April) and a wonderful coffee maker and other amenities such as washing machine, lots of cabinets, comfortable rain shower, etc. Our 2 1/2 year old daughter loved the children's room, which is lovingly designed with games and children's furniture, and was able to sleep very well there. The location is fantastic, right next to a few nice boutiques in the center of Cotignac, it has many very fine restaurants and cafes nearby and Silvie knows the best places. Nevertheless, it is quiet at night. We would recommend the place at any time and could have spent more than 1 week there. Thank you!

We really appreciated the fact that the accommodation has a lot of amenities! It should be emphasized because it is rare to have a home where nothing is missing. Small touches in the smallest details (multi-sockets with all kinds of connectors next to the bed, fan, all kinds of accessories for cooking, etc.). The cleanliness is absolutely impeccable and everything is well organized. The home is well located in a peaceful location. Beaches accessible in 30 minutes, various hikes, supermarkets 10 minutes away (all by car). The welcome and communication with Nathalie were perfect. We would highly recommend.

We stayed at Simone's place for 5 nights. It was very relaxing and very nice and quiet. Thanks to the great guidebook, which the hosts have left on the listing, you have great tips for excursions and restaurants, even directly in Bras. We had a terrace right in front of the apartment where we had breakfast in the morning in the sun. Wonderful! Simone was very nice and accommodating and we felt at home at your place. Great accommodation for sharing moments with family out of season in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Very nice view of the sea from the terrace. Well-decorated apartment. Parking spaces rather on the port, not really in the street, but only 3 min walk. An electric vehicle charging station at the port, 8 minutes' walk away.

We were enthusiastic about the lodge from the first minute. Floor plan, terrace, garden and jacuzzi offered great opportunities. The highlight for us was the Jacuzzi, which we used every evening. Outdoor kitchen and grill also very great and well thought out. We also accepted the offer to order breakfast and Patrick solved the problem with my food allergy super, it was very tasty. We had 2 e-bikes with us, which we could easily and safely park. For us it was a great stay, with many amenities that make the stay special. We will be happy to come back. An exceptional stay, well beyond our expectations! The house is simply splendid: set on the water, with a breathtaking view, and full equipment that makes everyday life incredibly comfortable. You feel like you're at a friend's house, the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. Jean-Charles was very attentive to us, and we also warmly thank his son Raphaël, who was there, for his availability and kindness. A rare experience, which we can only recommend with our eyes closed

Our stay at Jean Marc and Coco was a real moment of rest, of discovery! And a party! 🍾 Everything is nearby, Jean Marc gave us good advice, he and his wife are very good people, we were even able to share a special moment together, the garden is of rare beauty, as is the heart of Jean Marc and Coco. I wish them all the best! And a fishing license before 5 years! 😉 We will meet them again with great pleasure!

We had a great time with the family in Sylvia's house. She was proactive and provided us with all the information we needed for a great week. The house was very nice for a family with several children (childcare equipment and toys/games available). It has been renovated and furnished with lots of charm! The exteriors are also very pleasant with different spaces such as the terrace with garden furniture which we enjoyed despite our stay in December.

We had a great time in Philippe's Apartment. For two people there'a enough space to get comfortable. And the terrace is great, too! The kitchen has everything we needed, and cooking was really fun there. You can do so many things in the area, but you should have some kind of vehicle - a car oder a bicycle at least. We would definitely recommend Philipp's Apartment, Hyères and the Provence in general. It was beautiful!

We had a great stay here! Clean and really well kitted out kitchen. The view and pool are great! A ~50 min journey from Marseille but great once you get there. Overall a really lovely stay. A special thank you to the lovely house keeper Pierrette who gave two of us a lift!

A splendid place, a change of scenery guaranteed! The house is exceptional, clean, modern, very nice decor. The outside is beautiful with a beautiful pool and sea view. In the end, it's even more beautiful than the pictures! I highly recommend it, everything was perfect. Thanks ☺️
