Holiday rentals with a patio in Ménilmontant, Paris

Antoine’s place was perfectly for our trip. It was located near the metro station. There are many restaurants, bakeries, and bars around the apartment. The double bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. I really liked that the toilet was separate from the shower. Neighborhood was safe and the other tenants were quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a fantastic place to stay. First- the view is amazing- sitting above the rooftops you can see what feels like the whole of Paris and the Eiffel tower clearly. Second, the apartment is so charming and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable for two adults. The decor is thoughtful and feels very bohemian French- just lovely. Finally the neighborhood is full of bustle and charm. Metro, nightlife, cafés, boutiques are all easy walking distance. We had a wonderful stay in Paris and Eva's place was a big part of that!

Die Wohnung ist eine Oase in der Stadt. Wir haben uns mit zwei kleinen Kindern sehr sicher gefühlt und die Ruhe nach dem Ausflug in die Stadt genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Für die Kinder war alles notwendige und Spielzeug vorhanden. Die Metro ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, von dort fährt man ca 20 Minuten zu Notre Dame und weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die schönen, gemütlichen Terrassen! Mit einem Frühstück vom Supermarkt unten im Haus ein toller Start in den Tag. Direkt an der nächsten Ecke ist ein Park mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Also perfekt für eine Familie, um Stadt und Spiel zu verbinden. Aber auch ohne Kinder sehr schön, es gibt 3 Arbeitsplätze für mobiles Arbeiten! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We loved staying at Marie’s! The location is perfect in Le Marais with an unlimited number of restaurants, cafes, shops, and museums within a few blocks. Even though it’s a busy neighborhood, Marie’s apartment is very quiet and peaceful. Marie was beyond attentive to our every need and question. We traveled to Paris with our 9-month old and the extra room was perfect for her, as it can be fully darkened with the skylight and window shades and Marie was kind enough to provide a crib for us. There was a supermarket one block away with all of the baby supplies that we needed as well. The cobblestone entrance is very, very bumpy for a stroller but our little one seemed to really enjoy the ride and then once outside the sidewalks a small but sufficient for a stroller. Marie provided great recommendations and we cooked dinner several times at home using groceries purchased from the local farmers market.

An absolutely wonderful stay at Melanies. Loads of clear communication before arriving making a late night check in very easy. The apartment itself is beautiful and located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood with a train station close by making getting into the center cheap and convenient. Also, the sofa bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept on. This is a 5 star find through and through. I couldn't recommend it enough.

Elie's place is a fabulous stay in Paris, this was my third visit to the City but by far the best accommodation. The space is not the biggest but that's exactly as described in the photos. Its a cosy space and the fact its divided from the main road from the main road by a courtyard gives great security. The location is perfectly close to 3 metro stations and walkable distance from Gare Du Nord. The Lime bikes outside the accommodation is a great way to see the city. There are an abundance of eateries on your doorstep so breakfast/lunch/dinner is sorted! We stayed with our 2y/o boy and he loved it, parents should be careful with kids wanting to climb the steps to the mezzanine level and the concrete floor however the pull out bed was perfect for my boy. Look forward to staying here again!

Spectacular views, lovely area, easy to reach of all the main attractions of Paris. We really enjoyed our honeymoon here.

Helene's place is perfect for a few nights stay in Paris. It is close to a metro station that takes you into Paris and all the tourist attractions.

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

Isabelle ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin bei der man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Das liebevolle und gemütlich eingerichtete Häuschen ist bestens ausgestattet, es lädt zum verweilen auf der Terrasse im Grünen ein. Die Entfernung in die Stadt ist wirklich schnell und einfach zurückgelegt. Wir könne einen Aufenthalt bei Isabelle wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la météo qui nous a empêché de profiter de la jouissance du jardin. Première impression à l'entrée du logement, un ensemble moderne, fonctionnel et surtout d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous recommandions vivement et si besoin, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie! Dom przepiękny, przestronny, świetnie urządzony i w pełni wyposażony. Luksusowe łazienki, wygodne łóżka i kuchnia idealna do przygotowywania śniadań i kolacji. Do tego piękny ogród – idealne miejsce na relaks. Świetna przestrzeń do wspólnego spędzania czasu: bilard, piłkarzyki, dużo miejsca dla dzieci i dorosłych. Tarik to fantastyczny gospodarz – serdeczny, pomocny i bardzo zaangażowany. Na powitanie czekał na nas kosz owoców, soki, woda i pyszne słodkie bułeczki – piękny gest. Czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowani. Z całego serca polecamy ten dom – jeśli wrócimy do Paryża, to tylko tutaj!

This house looked exactly like the pictures and the host was amazing. We had a co-host meet us to walk through the house, plus there were video instructions on how to use all the appliances. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. The bathrooms were fully stocked with towels and travel toiletries. The house was very clean, organized and fit our two families well. We had two sets of parents, 1 teenager and 2 pre-teens and everyone had their own space. The house itself is also beautifully remodeled. We used uber most of the time to get around, but the house is walking distance to public transportation too. There's also a Franprix within walking distance for household food and items. I would highly recommend this house and host to everyone.

Wir waren zu viert in Paris und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Empfang war herzlich, die Unterkunft sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders der schöne Garten und die ruhige Lage haben uns begeistert. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there. Coffee was a challenge because the machine was not familiar to us. Could not find pods at the grocery store. We were used to the Nespresso original pods. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had a rain shower. Nice kitchen. Loved our stay there. It is a bit of a challenge getting to tourist destinations in Paris. It is a bit of a journey on the subway if you are not driving (which is a challenge if you are not used to driving in Paris.) But we made it and had a wonderful time. (US citizens)

Idéal pour assister à événement au Stade de France et rentrer après très vite à pied, avec place de stationnement sous l'immeuble.

Ich hatte eine großartige Erfahrung in der Unterkunft bei Sanaa in Créteil! Die Wohnung ist extrem sauber, sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann wirklich bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Sanaa achtet sehr auf Sauberkeit und Komfort, was man sofort beim Betreten merkt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich ihre unglaubliche Aufmerksamkeit: Während unseres Aufenthalts war es draußen sehr warm, und Sanaa hat uns ohne zu zögern einen Ventilator besorgt und persönlich vorbeigebracht – das war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und zeigt, wie sehr ihr das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen fünf Sterne sind absolut verdient! Wer eine zuverlässige, saubere und herzlich betreute Unterkunft in der Nähe von Paris sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Claire. L’appartement est spacieux, très confortable et très lumineux et il est très bien situé à Levallois à côté du métro Anatole France (ligne 3). Nous recommandons !

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

Nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour à The TeRRACE ! L’appartement était spacieux, joliment meublé et impeccablement propre. La climatisation était un vrai plus pendant les journées chaudes, et la terrasse privée était l’endroit idéal pour se détendre après avoir exploré la ville. L’emplacement était parfait — à quelques pas de la tour Eiffel, avec de très bons restaurants et commerces à proximité. Il était également situé à quelques minutes à pied du réseau de transports en commun, ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement dans tout Paris. C’était vraiment tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour à Paris. Nous recommandons vivement!

We went to Paris for my daughters birthday & had a pleasant stay at Joaos place. It was peaceful & beautiful. We were very comfortable & felt right at home! Thanks again!
