Joakim was the fastest and most efficient host I have stayed with, answering my questions immediately. The apartment is a gorgeous pied-a-terre in a wonderful location, walking distance to some of my fave cafes and bars in Paris. Everything was clean and functional and, as a solo female, I felt safe, most importantly. Ideal for solo travellers or remote workers, like me!

We were a party of 3 older women and we appreciated having our own bedroom (noted 1 bedroom is small and has curtains on 1 side - not an issue for a family/good friends). 3 bedrooms in Paris are hard to find and this worked well for us. There is also heaps of living space - 2 separate areas within an open plan design. The apartment has windows on both sides so it is light and airy with high ceilings in the main living space. The 11th has a great vibe with lots of restaurants and bars and the apartment is close to different metros - so extremely easy to get around. Virgile is a responsive host and answered questions about local eateries - and good directions to the house. Loved our stay and recommend highly. Best wishes, Christine

This little place is in such a good location! Walkable to all transportation, so easy to get anywhere in the metropolitan area, and on a quiet street. Having a washing machine was a real advantage during our stay. It’s attractively decorated and very clean, although a bit tight on space in the bedroom and bath.

We had a lovely stay. It’s a small but amazingly well equipped apartment in a fantastic neighborhood. Lots of great local shops and bars. We felt right at home and Julie was extremely friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

A beautiful, quiet, artsy flat, perfectly situated to explore Paris. Walking distance from everything, but with less tourists floating around than the Marais et al. Highly recommend!

Vincent was the ultimate host! Amazing, helpful communication and was available to answer any questions we had during our stay. He was so accommodating with check in and check out times as well. Vincent provided some local suggestions for food and drink which were all excellent. The apartment is nicely styled and appointed with quality ammenities. One of the best air bnb experiences we have had anywhere in the world. Highly recommend!

Accommodation rented for 4 days/3 nights for 4 people for a professional event at Porte de Versailles. Listing matches photos. The 3 individual bedrooms are a plus among colleagues. Housing located in a basement, so it was cool inside even with 34 degrees outside during the day. Pleasant terrace, and quiet street. Yohan and his team were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions. We will certainly rent this accommodation again for a future show if it is available!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious home. Felt very safe and everything was within a 5 minute walk.

Despite a late reservation on our part, Dayday made himself available. Very nice host, very clean accommodation with good equipment including the jacuzzi. I would recommend the place!!

Great stay at Eric's. The accommodation was perfect for this little family weekend with a garden for the children and a perfect terrace to relax after the exhausting days of sightseeing in Paris. count between 10 and 15 minutes on foot to reach the metro. Very practical. and Eric is really nice. Thank you very much.

Our stay for the weekend was great. This is a lovely place! Very big, very clean and fully accomodated. The host is very friemdly and very helpful. Parking in the neighbourhood is free, however crowded and streets are small. We fully recommend this house!

We really loved the vibe of the apartment! It’s cool and artsy with great mirrors for selfies 😁 If you’re very picky about the cleanliness - it could be better. The area is cool and very lively, I recommend it if you like the city vibe and sightseeing. Not necessarily for relaxing 😅

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

The room was just as cozy and charming as shown in the photos. It’s located in a quiet area, yet very convenient with a bus stop and metro station nearby. There’s also a delicious bakery close by! Most importantly, the host was incredibly friendly, responded quickly, and kindly accommodated our arrival time, which made our trip to Paris a truly pleasant experience.

Great location, Mr Vincent is very helpful & proactive . Clean house Only issue is 3rd floor no elevator .
