Holiday rentals with a patio in Ménilmontant, Paris

Staying at Béatrice place it was the best option to feel like home while you're walking all day and need a place to relax 😌 You can find nice places as the Cat Cafe (Le Cafe des Chats) in less than 5 minutes walking, a Subway station in 20 min or start your historic route with the Place de la Bastille. Béatrice responded in a really short time and she was always on top of everything. Her place has everything you need for a short or long stay. Thank you for having us!

This is a fantastic place to stay. First- the view is amazing- sitting above the rooftops you can see what feels like the whole of Paris and the Eiffel tower clearly. Second, the apartment is so charming and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable for two adults. The decor is thoughtful and feels very bohemian French- just lovely. Finally the neighborhood is full of bustle and charm. Metro, nightlife, cafés, boutiques are all easy walking distance. We had a wonderful stay in Paris and Eva's place was a big part of that!

The apartment is an oasis in the city. We felt very safe with two small children and enjoyed the peace and quiet after the trip to the city. The condo is well appointed and clean. Everything necessary and toys were available for the children. The metro is a few minutes' walk away, from there you can drive about 20 minutes to Notre Dame and other attractions. We especially liked the beautiful, cozy terraces! With a breakfast from the supermarket downstairs in the house, a great start to the day. Right on the next corner is a park with lots of play opportunities for children. Perfect for a family to combine city and play. But even without children, it is very nice, there are 3 workplaces for mobile working! We will be happy to come back!

We loved staying at Marie’s! The location is perfect in Le Marais with an unlimited number of restaurants, cafes, shops, and museums within a few blocks. Even though it’s a busy neighborhood, Marie’s apartment is very quiet and peaceful. Marie was beyond attentive to our every need and question. We traveled to Paris with our 9-month old and the extra room was perfect for her, as it can be fully darkened with the skylight and window shades and Marie was kind enough to provide a crib for us. There was a supermarket one block away with all of the baby supplies that we needed as well. The cobblestone entrance is very, very bumpy for a stroller but our little one seemed to really enjoy the ride and then once outside the sidewalks a small but sufficient for a stroller. Marie provided great recommendations and we cooked dinner several times at home using groceries purchased from the local farmers market.

This was a great place to stay at. It’s close to the metro, within walking distance of several monuments, and has great places to eat at close by. Nasrin was very responsive and had plenty of great recommendations. I would 100% stay here again.

An absolutely wonderful stay at Melanies. Loads of clear communication before arriving making a late night check in very easy. The apartment itself is beautiful and located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood with a train station close by making getting into the center cheap and convenient. Also, the sofa bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept on. This is a 5 star find through and through. I couldn't recommend it enough.

Everything went as planned. Julia answered all our questions and met our expectations. The geographical location allowed us to quickly get to the center of Paris where we wanted to go. After the hustle and bustle of the Parisian day, we could enjoy the quiet of the terrace. We had a great time.

Our host was amazing and responded quickly. They met all our expectations and requests, including those regarding check-in and check-out. They also provided all necessary cleaning products in abundance, as well as tea and coffee.

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Great apartment, only five minutes to reach the train. So easy access to Paris. Clean apartment with all necessities. I was very pleased!

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

Everything at the highest level! Beautiful, spacious, well-decorated and fully equipped house. Luxurious bathrooms, comfortable beds and a kitchen perfect for preparing breakfast and dinner. In addition, a beautiful garden – the perfect place to relax. Great space for spending time together: billiards, foosball, plenty of space for children and adults. Tarik is a fantastic host – warm, helpful and very committed. A basket of fruit, juices, water and delicious sweet rolls awaited us as a welcome - a beautiful gesture. We felt really cared for. We wholeheartedly recommend this house – if we return to Paris, it will only be here!

Great weekend, Loan welcomed us very well, the accommodation is exactly as indicated, they are always available! Everything is clean, functional and it's very cozy. We'll be happy to go back.

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

The four of us had a wonderful stay at the villa Elizabeth. The house is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The three bedrooms are independent, giving everyone their privacy and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a temperature controllable water kettle which we loved. The bathrooms were spotless, the towels were soft and there were nice soaps in the shower. The electric towel heaters were a nice luxury too. Since the weather was beautiful we also very much enjoyed the private outside terrace. The Versailles palace is only 5 minutes away by car and parking at the palace was easy. Having a grocery store in the street just a few minutes walk away is a nice convenience too. There is no parking on the property itself but it was usually not an issue to find free street parking. Noėmi was super responsive before and during our stay. I highly recommend the Villa Elizabeth for anyone visiting Versailles who wants to stay in a nice, comfortable home.

We really enjoyed our stay at the photographer’s house. We were two families traveling with four kids aged 10-15 and it was perfect for that. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of attention to decorating, and a fun new area for us to explore in a new area of Paris. The Communale Saint Oeun was a big hit with us for dinner. While the house is spacious and close to the metro and amenities like restaurants, antique markets and bakeries, it could sometimes be a long trek to spots in Paris - one night out was an hour each way to our restaurant - so just be aware when booking. Julien was a great host!

Pleasant accommodation in a very peaceful area and close to the bus and tram. Access to the garden and free street parking are really nice. The kitchen has everything you need. We recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there. Coffee was a challenge because the machine was not familiar to us. Could not find pods at the grocery store. We were used to the Nespresso original pods. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had a rain shower. Nice kitchen. Loved our stay there. It is a bit of a challenge getting to tourist destinations in Paris. It is a bit of a journey on the subway if you are not driving (which is a challenge if you are not used to driving in Paris.) But we made it and had a wonderful time. (US citizens)

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

It’s a good size apartment for Paris. Having two bedrooms an bathrooms allowed us space. One thing to note is one of the bathroom is without the WC/ toilet which is a separate ( almost like a powder room but without a sink). It seems this is very typical of Paris apartments. The kitchen was very well stocked. Having access of pots/ pans/ utensils/ dishwasher/ oven was a huge plus for us. It’s residential area so it was nice to see the local bakeries and grocery stores. Metro is very close.

We have enjoyed our stay in Paris very much. Although the house is far from the city, the subway is very close and very well connected. The house is very nice and quiet. There are shops and places to eat or dine nearby. Communication with Yasmina has always been fast and they have helped us with everything we needed.
