Apartment holiday rentals in Ménilmontant, Paris

This was possibly the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at and we’ve stayed in a TON. The location was great. The charming decor and impeccable cleanliness were next level. The apartment felt lived in and cared for in a unique way. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable including the small day bed in the living room. The neighbors were friendly and there were even several cats in the shared courtyard! The hosts were very responsive and easy to get a hold of. We had an issue with the fridge and they made sure to get it fixed before we returned from our days activities. The only thing to consider before booking would be the bath. The pictures make it seem like the shower head can be hung on the wall but it couldn’t. There is no shower curtain so it took us a couple tries to get the hang of showering without spraying water all over. Also the bathtub is very deep which might be a mobility challenge. Even so, we will be booking again next time we visit Paris if we can!

Simone was very responsive to questions I had. Her communications were always friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have was that the bed was too hard for me. Certainly not Simone's fault just a personal preference. Everything else about the apartment is great! The metro is just around the corner and lots of shops are nearby. I would happily stay here again. Merci Simone!

Vincent's apartment is a dream. Entering the condominium with its park and its rose bushes and plants and birds that sing is a wonderful experience. The apartment is perfect, it has all the amenities. The kitchen is great and you can cook quietly. The bathroom is very comfortable and the water is plentiful and hot. The bedroom is very nice and the bed is super comfortable. The neighbors are also very friendly. Vincent was extremely warm and friendly. Always offering to help us with whatever we needed. It is undoubtedly a wonderful place to make your stay in Paris perfect. It is close to many shops of all kinds and close to Metro and bus lines. Thank you Vincent for your warmth. Staying at your house was wonderful.

We loved our stay at Marianne’s apartment. It was beautiful, stylish, and extremely comfortable and clean for a few nights in Paris. Located close to metro stations and tucked in a lovely neighborhood. Marianne was quick at responding and lovely in checking us in. Would definitely stay there again!

Françoise is a great host and responded to our messages very quickly. We were a little disapointed with the apartment as it is a little run down. But the place was still quite comfortable. Thank you Françoise.

We (two families) with two children (1 & 2 years) were at Mehdi's home. We liked it very much and it was also child-friendly. It is a great location and we don't even need to talk about the view. Thank you for everything 🥰 A small tip, one more trash can in the bathroom would be great 😉

Perfect accommodation: accessibility/proximity to transport, quiet, clean, tidy and with all the necessary equipment. Mathieu is very responsive and friendly, I recommend!

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

The flat was bigger than I thought as it looks smaller in the photos. Great location within walking distance to most of the places I want to visit. It is near Des Halles station which has good connection to Disney and the airport. Very good value for its central location. Highly recommend it.

Laurent was a great host, and the apartment was cute, compact, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The view out the window was excellent for the price! Entering the unit felt very secure and safe.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

Roland’s hospitality was greatly appreciated. The suite was beautifully decorated and located in the heart of Montmartre. We appreciated the patio space and having a comfortable place to relax after a full day of exploring the city.

Wonderfully spacious and cozy house, fully equipped and with 2 nice bathrooms and 2 separate toilets super nice for a family with teenagers! Nearby, there is plenty to eat and drink and with the metro you are quickly everywhere you want in Paris. To enter the house and the garage you do need a manual, but Dimitri received us ourselves and explained it clearly. The parking garage is super (a bit cramped and exciting to drive in) For our 2 boys, the swimming pool and the gym were a very big plus! Dimitri is a nice host and easily accessible.

What a great host ! The apartment exactly met my expectations ! I can only praise the accommodation, as the hostess, in the highest tones and absolutely recommend it! Absolutely earned 5 stars !!!!
