House holiday rentals in Mendrisio District

War ein weiters Mal ein super Aufenthalt und ein wunderbares Haus! Vielen Dank!

Cute single level home, typical of the houses in the area. Beautiful garden and private pool, still too cold in early April to use but it would be amazing in summer. 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds (mattresses firm but with a soft foam so nicely supportive!). 4 separate living spaces: 1 sitting room facing the pool, 1 TV area with small couch, 1 TV area with a Playstation and a futon couch, and then another separate dining room. Fully stocked kitchen with the necessities if you wanted to cook, though we didn't, as the house is close to Ponte Tresa (IT, 30' walking, 15' driving) or Caslano town (10' walk, loved Amore Di for breakfast) for excellent food. House is very clean and location excellent: peaceful residential area, yet close to town and national park right behind. Mike is very responsive and flexible! Great host and house, what are you waiting for....?

Wir haben eine unglaublich tolle Woche in diesem Airbnb verbracht. Das Haus sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Es hat 3 geräumige Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Kinderzimmer mit Hochbett (was wir für eine erwachsene Person genutzt haben was auch völlig ausgereicht hat), sowie 2 grosse Badezimmer mit WC und sogar noch ein separates WC. Es hat viel Grün um das Haus herum und der Pool und die Aussicht sind unschlagbar, wir haben nicht genug davon bekommen. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man an einigen Stellen etwas merkt, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Die Küche ist z.B. neu gemacht und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen, es hatte sogar einen Steamer. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern sehr gut. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Renata ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir hatten alles, was wir uns nur wünschen konnten. Renata hat selbst an die kleinsten Details gedacht, sodass unser Aufenthalt einfach traumhaft war. Renata ist sehr umsichtig und freundlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und empfehlen diese Wohnung weiter.

Prachtige woning op een geweldige locatie. Erg ruim en in het echt nog mooier dan op de foto's. Alle voorzieningen die je kunt wensen zijn aanwezig. Locatie is in het centrum en alles op loopafstand maar toch heerlijk rustig. Kortom zeker aanbevolen voor een verblijf.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Personen, das Haus gross genug. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigt haben. Der Pool und der Garten, der Vorplatz und die Terrasse sind unbezahlbar. Das Haus ist 2 Minuten von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux au chalet, qui est parfaitement équipé et avec un électroménager récent, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très confortable. L'endroit est propre et se situe au calme en pleine forêt, idéal pour se ressourcer en famille. Le charme du lieu, combiné à son ambiance chaleureuse, a été particulièrement apprécié par nos enfants. Seul petit bémol : l'accès pour transporter les bagages est un peu difficile du fait du dénivelé mais cela reste un détail face à la qualité de l'expérience globale.

Super séjour avec une magnifique vue sur le lac de Lugano. La terrasse est bien équipée et offre de vrais moments reposants en bord de lac. La piscine est encore plus belle qu’en photo!

Mon mari et moi avons eu le plaisir de séjourner pour la seconde fois dans ce logement. Ce fût à nouveau des vacances merveilleuses. C'est un havre de paix dans un lieu magnifique et calme. On s'y sent comme chez soi très rapidement. Tout est rapidement accessible à pied, en transports publics ou avec son propre véhicule. Beaucoup de possibilités de balades, visites et randonnées sont facilement rejoignables. Barbara est une hôte à l'écoute et attentionnée, encore merci à elle de nous avoir accueilli. Nous pensons déjà à notre prochaine venue...

Wunderbare Wohnung, alles vorhanden was nötig ist. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür! Wir haben uns in der "osteria del teatro" (500m entfernt) Pizzen geholt, diese sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, da es sehr ruhig war. Gerne wieder!

Ein toller Gastgeber, ein wunderschönes Rustico in einem wunderbaren Ort. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern auf der Durchreise, wir alle wären gerne länger geblieben. Florent hat auf alle Anfragen z.b. für einen eventuell früheren Check-In, schnell geantwortet. Die Ausstattung ist großzügig und die Einrichtung gemütlich. Außerdem ist es sehr ruhig und man kann super entspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We wanted somewhere near the lakes, between Italy and Switzerland, and we found it. Do not expect a nice place downtown, close to everything. But with a car, you can easily move around and explore the whereabouts. Italian spoken anywhere in Lugano and english and maybe other languages. Not far from supermarkets, easy to find spots with "too good to go" food (and good stuff, believe me) and in case you find everything expensive, take a short ride to Como, by the italian side (you will not regret it, very good to buy groceries). Feel the air and enjoy your stay, definitely a very pleasant spot. Fabio and Inna are great hosts, will solve any problem right away. Too short for five days, stay a week if you can. By the way, we even changed the period of our stay (few days ahead) and that was no problem at all. Just go!

Absolutely as beautiful as the photos. It was so nice to be we greeted with a welcome gift and music playing on our arrival. Made us feel right at home after a long day of travel. The host was great at communicating and providing clear check in instructions. Amazing location, but keep in mind the nearest town with restaurants is a 25 minute walk. However, it's a perfect spot for daytime excursions around the area. But it's just as pleasant to spend the day in the gorgeous indoor and outdoor spaces. It was so fun paddle boarding - so little boat traffic that it felt like we had the lake to ourselves. Highly recommend!

Excellent logement très bien rénové et très fonctionnel. Les chambres sont implacables ainsi que les salles d’eau. Niveau cuisine , il y a tout le matériel nécessaire pour un séjour de vacances en famille. Parking public gratuit disponible dans le village et pas loin du logement. Les attentions d’Eleonora et de sa maman ont été exquises. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette belle expérience.

Sehr saubere, schöne und abgelegene Unterkunft. Von einem freundlichem Empfang bis zur Unterkunft war alles sehr angenehm und absolut empfehlenswert. Ich werde bestimmt wiederkommen.
