A great place to stay. short walk to the centre. We were a group of four friends and we had everything we needed. All the amenities are there and the beds were comfortable. Ben is quick to respond and the instructions are very clear. Free parking is an added bonus as can be expensive in Cardiff.

I booked the stay at 40 winks for my parents - Sharne is a great host - she reached out as soon as I booked to ensure her place was suitable for their needs as there are stairs leading down to it, just before arrival she asked for their preferred milk choice, a thoughtful touch & sent me a nice message after they left - thank you for making their stay so lovely ❤️ My parents left this feedback about their stay: 40 Winks is a very relaxing retreat, a delightful little flat & Sharne made us feel very welcome. We were 7 people: three couples in the 3 bedrooms and myself on the sofa bed in the sitting room, which was perfectly comfortable for one person

Our stay at Sam's apartment was perfect. We had come to Cardiff with friends for a show and the apartment was perfectly located. There is also a great outdoor bar directly behind which served amazing Greek food and had a bar. You could also paint a pot! Sam was very responsive and the apartment was beautifully presented and clean. We will definitely be back

We had a lovely one night stay at Damian’s place. The Airbnb was spotless and comfortable with all amenities you would need. The only comment I would say is that the parking space is quite tight so would be tricky in a larger car but it was right next to the house so very convenient. Thanks for a lovely stay!

This was a perfect place for a short stay, with wonderful views over the hills and a walk through beautiful meadows to nailsworth for lunch. The strawberries were a thoughtful touch and we loved the friendly welcome.

Stayed here for just over a month while working in the city. Couldn’t have hoped for a better place to spend that time, the flat is beautifully done and maintained, it honestly felt like everything was brand new every week with the level of cleaning and care that goes into this flat. The television is spectacular and the WiFi never once dropped out during the whole five weeks! If you’re looking for somewhere clean, comfortable and with a top notch host whose communication is second to none, to stay at while you’re in Bristol then this has everything you need and more.

One of the best places my wife and I have ever stayed on Airbnb. What a find! Immaculate, high quality fixtures and fittings - those staying are in for a fun surprise when using lavatory and bed lol :) The hot tub was the perfect temperature for relaxing (easy instructions). Location wise within easy walking distance of some nice places to eat plus the nearby train station - Bristol is then only 10mins away by rail and an interesting/picturesque place to explore (be aware the ticket purchasing machine at Heynsham isn't obvious but is on the other side of the platform). Once in Bristol, would recommend using Uber to nip up to Clifton (beautiful architecture inc. Suspension Bridge plus more fab places to eat). Our long weekend ended with an easy drive up to and walk around the lovely Westonburt Orboretum. Really enjoyed our stay here. Property is in a convenient location for Bristol city centre and nearby Clifton with good pubs/restaurants/shops nearby. Place was lovely and clean and host responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. My only suggestion to visitors would be to take an eye mask as the bedrooms only have Venetia blinds in, no curtains.

Beautiful house situated in a beautiful peaceful location. If you enjoy quiet countryside with friendly local restaurants and pubs nearby this is for you. Every bedroom was perfectly catered for and a fantastic kitchen to create your every culinary desire.

Stayed here for a long weekend whist visiting some friends in the area. There were 4 of us staying and there was plenty of space and was very clean too. The house is in a great location, not too far out from the city centre. Lots of shops and a few pubs within walking distance too. I was very impressed with the communication which made checking in so much easier. This was very welcome as I have had negative expirences in the past with this kind of thing. A very positive expirence and would definitely stay again should I return to Cardiff.

We just stayed a couple of nights - from booking it to check out, the communication was fab. We received a Whats App message with a few photos on how to find the property, where to park as well as other really helpful information. Could not fault it at all. We stayed here for a family holiday, 4 adults and 6 children aged 11-15 and we all had a lovely time. There is lots to do at Mistletoe Farm; the pool and hot tub were great, the games room/ garden kitchen area was perfect for us to all get together to eat, play darts or do karaoke and the escape room was a big hit with the kids. We also enjoyed an evening around the fire pit toasting marshmallows. It’s set in beautiful surroundings and we enjoyed walks to the local pub for dinner and also to the reservoir. Lyme Regis was close enough for a day out too. The accommodation was clean and tidy and well equipped and the teenagers enjoyed having a glamping pod to themselves for a bit of independence. Paul and Sandra were excellent hosts, super friendly, welcoming and helpful, they leave you to enjoy your holiday but somehow always manage to be there when you need them! Highly recommend.

We had a lovely few days away! Great hosts, very friendly and responsive and the welcome pack was a nice touch as it included lots of recommendations (which we tried lots of!) Great location as it’s close to the town, and there are some lovely walks down to the coast. Would recommend for a weekend away by the coast

We had a very pleasant experience at the AirBnb. The accomodation was very clean and very well maintained. It was fully equipped with all the essentials which made it very comfortable. We were a family of two and the space was too big so it was very pleasing as the kids had ample space to play around and sleep comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked so we did not have to run around at the shops looking for essentials. The garden area was also very tidy. Overall i would give a 5 star to the property and the service. Jordan is one of the finest host and hence Welldone !!

The place was even more than the description. Really quiet, wonderful surroundings and we felt like at home. Ryan was amazing. We had a little problem in the house late in the evening, we texted him and less than 5 minutes he was at the place to fix the problem. The house is 3 mins walk to the beach. There is a lot to do around if you enjoy a nice walk. The house is really spacious and clean with perfect natural light. We loved it and we recommend 200%.

Great location and area to stay, very close to main Bristol city centre, within walking distance of shops and restaurants with lots to do nearby. The stay was lovely, and Arti was really helpful and proactive to ensure we had everything we needed. The place was also great, and had all the utilities we could need, so would recommend if you want somewhere cosy and private to stay while also being able to enjoy Bristol and all it has to offer.

I stayed here with my family for a short trip to Cardiff. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer! The apartment itself was bright and modern, feeling spacious for our group of 6. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this apartment for couples, small families, or groups of friends visiting Cardiff. Its location in the heart of the city centre was incredibly convenient, making it super easy to explore all that Cardiff has to offer.

I can see why Georgina's barn conversion is a Guest Favourite, because quite simply, what's not to love! Our week was spent relaxing in the courtyard, enjoying the sound of the nearby river, trees rustling in the wind and the sound of nature right on our doorstep. We happily explored many countryside walks from the village of Combe Hay, followed by a well earned glass of wine and a delicious meal at the Wheatsheaf pub opposite. The highlight has to be enjoying their pool with Georgina encouraging us to take a dip and enjoy her home. Georgina is a lovely and welcoming host and we'll certainly stay again. Oh, and the fresh eggs are perhaps the best I have ever tasted.

Charlotte’s spare room is cosy, stylishly decorated and has everything you need. I love the pretty pom-pom cushions! She has a lovely bathroom and is very friendly and welcoming. I think the room is very good value, very close to pretty Catherine Hill and would always be my first choice for staying in Frome. Thank you for another lovely stay (:

A short notice walking weekend in the New Forest in August meant accommodation was scarce but I found this little gem on Airbnb which turned out to be just 10 minutes from our walking start point in Godsall. After a 14 mile hike on Saturday I was pleased it was just 10 minutes drive to my accommodation and even better that the shower was hot and the kitchen equipped so I could heat up an evening meal. Lovely and peaceful, very pretty spot through the garden. Good internet signal and tv I could watch Netflix and BBCiplayer on, as well as lots of books to read from. The bed was very comfy as well. Unfortunately I didn’t spend long at the cottage as we walked both days but it,s a great spot and good value option for solo travellers.

Another cracking stay in this apartment, which is easy to find, ideally situated with amenities close by and access to a lovely wooded area. There is plenty of space to park, and the area feels safe. I warmly recommend you check this apartment out and if at all possible, stay here.
