Magnificent triplex villa summer house

It is a villa with 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms very close to the sea in a decent compound with a large balcony, garden and terrace with its own umbrella and lounge chairs. There's also a shower in the garden. There's a children's park on the site. The house has all the items that may be needed. By law, every person over the age of 3 is counted as 1 person and no more than 8 guests can be accepted. Identity notification is required. Any damages that may occur in the house and items during the stay are covered by the tenant.

From the living room, from all bedroom balconies and terraces there is a sea view. The living room and 3 bedrooms have air conditioning. In the house is a Sebil (for drinking water cooling)

We are within 50 acres of land, which is 10 minutes away from Izmir airport. We have an olive grove in the front and an orchard and fields in the back. We have a stone oven and a stone bar outside and a fireplace inside. You can make music with the professional sound system until the music ban time around the country begins. Once the ban time starts, you can also continue to make music with a home speaker. There is a grocery store,hospital, pharmacy,restaurant nearby.
