Villa holiday rentals in Menderes

We stayed with six friends and it was a very nice experience for us. It was a farmhouse with basic materials for the house, surrounded by pine, olive and palm trees, with a beautiful pool, many vintage elements, and much larger than it appears in the photos. Mr. Seha was very good at communication. The only negative aspect of our experience was that we had to take our garbage to the container about 1 km away with our vehicles because there was no garbage container/box on the farm.

Mr. Feridun was very interested from the first moment to the exit. It was much better than we expected. Especially the kitchen was very useful. We had dinner on a very spacious terrace. Thank you again

Clean and happy place to stay for a couple! Close to the beach and restaurants.

It was a house that met our expectations. The garden, balcony, terrace , barbecue area, winter garden were areas to have a good time with your child. Kitchen utensils were sufficient. We had a hot water problem that works with solar energy only due to the season and the fact that the weather is not sunny. Even though we did the instruction given by the host, the hot water came one day, the other days did not come. I don't think this will be a problem in the summer. Everything else was very nice.

The accommodation was very quiet and peaceful. The house was very spacious, clean and well-maintained. Mr. Hakkı also helped in every matter, offered flexible check-in and check-out times, and was very good in terms of price/performance.

We stayed in this wonderful house for 2 nights with my partner and our dog. The house had everything we needed. Both we and our dog were very comfortable. The location is great. The house is clean and beautifully decorated. If you are considering a holiday in Urla and its surroundings, this is definitely a house you can choose. The host was an incredibly sweet and helpful person. He gave great advice. Both the garden and the terrace were very enjoyable. We will choose this place again for our next Urla holiday. We had a perfect holiday with 3 nights and 4 days, 8 adults, 1 infant, 2 dogs. Only the power outage in the area on the last day caused us a loss for almost half a day, but they made up for it by offering a late checkout alternative. Despite a situation they couldn't help, they came up with a solution.

The house is 10 minutes away from the center by taxi. Extremely clean and spacious. Household items such as iron, hair dryer are also available. We had a beautiful and comfortable stay experience

Staying at Fatma’s place was an amazing experience. First of all, Fatma has been an exceptional host; super welcoming, always responsive, proactive when we had questions and helpful even after we left the house. The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful area and offers plenty of amenities to enjoy with friends and family, such as table tennis, gym equipment, a pool and a barbecue. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook and serve meals for a group of 10. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable with every detail carefully thought out. The central heating worked perfectly. We didn’t encounter any problems but I want to note two things: (1) The location isn’t very central (though it’s safe), I’d recommend having a car rather than relying on taxis. (2) The internet connection can be slow if you’re planning to work from home with multiple people taking video calls; however, it’s fine for lighter use. Overal I highly recommend it.

villa was spacious, pool was big enough and the whole space was child-friendly! It was very centrally located. It is definitely recommended! We will most definitely be back.

The holiday we spent at Mr. Ayub's villa was very enjoyable and we made wonderful memories. Thanks to Mr. Ayub for his hospitality! The villa's furnishings were quite complete, and we were particularly surprised by the surprises such as the guitar and baglama. It was a great comfort in the heat to have air conditioning in every room and hall. The pool was spotless and the facilities were magnificent. The proximity to the city center and markets was also very practical. However, there were a few minor issues. Some rooms had faulty toilet faucets and bathrooms. The water flow of the poolside shower was weak, it was difficult to use. Google Maps showed a long route, whereas there was a shorter one. Also, it would be great if there was a guidebook for the villa.

The fact that the pool was private to the villa was very nice in terms of privacy. It was in a very quiet location, it was great to hear the sounds of birds when you woke up in the morning. Kitchen supplies were sufficient. If I go back to Kusadasi, it definitely deserves the money I will stay here 🫶🏻

Really with Peace :) Mr. Ahmet was always available for all problems from the moment of reservation to the check-out. A hospitable host, the house was like our own home... all the services were available. It is an easy and pleasant place to reach Izmir and many centers due to its location. We had a nice, quiet holiday with my family, it is recommended.

The best bnb flat I've stayed in in Turkey. Furkan was also an architect. He took care of every corner of the house. He hosted us very well. I was blown away by his energy. Good thing we stayed in this house and got to know him.

At first, we were prejudiced because Mr. Secaattin lived on the ground floor of the house, but that was not the case. He and his wife are very sweet and helpful people. They also served us wine, which was great. It deserves its price in the neighborhood. The only problem is that it is not a place where someone without a car can come. But it is close to all the sea and food places in the center of Urla.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The house was comfortable, the pool was bigger and more useful than we expected. The garden is very beautiful. It's also suitable for staying with pets. Ms. Ebru was very helpful, she responded quickly to every question and her communication was very friendly.
