Holiday rentals with breakfast in Memphis

Great host!

A very pleasant style home, in a beautiful suburb with a high level of stunning homes, streets n avenues lined with tall trees, a nature lovers bliss, nice garden in backyard, lovely breakfast of quality fruit and wholesome bread options, and a squirrel eating nuts out of bird feeder for me to enjoy as i ate looking out kitchen window, Higy recommend Juliet and her home Short uber drive to Graceland and airport, a bit longer to get to beale street and the prabody hotel

Jc was a great host, respecting privacy but also up for a chat when we were, including about Memphis. The room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed and nearby bathroom that was pristine. The location is very quiet and we were able to use public transport (bus) into town and further i.e. Graceland. We were able to prepare meals and there’s a great supermarket within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Memphis.

Some of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. Decor was clean and fashionable. Ultra modern kitchen. Great tile showers. Would definitely stay here again. We walked to Kroger, Midtown Donuts, and 3 miles around the neighborhood. Host was very responsive.

This place really does have a home away from home feel to it. It’s was my in-laws first experience with an Airbnb and they thoroughly enjoyed it and were happy with the place. It’s a beautiful and more importantly clean home. The house has three bedrooms on the main floor. There is a loft area on the second floor where there are two twin beds, so no door, but it’s secluded and can be used as a bedroom if you don’t mind not having a door (I’m not sure if I misread the description and missed that there is truly only 3 bedrooms vs 4). The loft area also has its own thermostat which was nice. Darius and Sydne were prompt with their communication and were able to accommodate my families needs during a difficult time for us(we were in town for a funeral). Thank you for a comfortable stay at a time we needed it most. I would definitely rebook again if we ever revisited the area.

Great deal for a place right in the heart of Memphis. *What I loved*: Really easy to get to, and central location that's great for a trip to Beale Street (~$10 uber) or rest of downtown (30 minute walk or quick Uber). Really comfortable bed, pretty back yard, cool art in house. *Useful to know* It's private-ish, in the sense that it's not fully soundproof from kitchen which is right on the other side of the bedroom. Bathroom is small -- maybe not ideal if you've got a 30-step skincare routine. If you just need a comfy, stylish crash pad and location + price is first priority, this is it.

The house has lovely and comfortable furniture and a lot of character. It looks just like the photos. The bathrooms were great. The kitchen was easy to use. We enjoyed the front porch and back yard. And it's a short walk to wonderful restaurants! Soul Fish was a favorite of our group. We loved our Memphis visit. Matt and Kimble were very friendly and responsive. Great stay!

Had a great time at Corey’s place. The two houses were a perfect set up for an extended family vacation where each side had its own privacy but easy to meet up and hang together. Would recommend.

Julie was amazing! I booked this space for my mom and a friend and they absolutely loved it. Julie is extremely responsive and welcoming, and the space was exactly as we thought it would be. I would definitely rent again!

The beautiful home on Cox Avenue was simply perfect in every way, and our hosts were extraordinarily gracious-- from the handwritten welcome letter to the delicious loaf of homemade pumpkin bread that met us when we arrived. It was also such a blessing to have a lovely kitchen, complete with plenty of coffee for our stay. We were in Memphis for our twin sons' graduation from Rhodes College, and the home was a lovely place for all of us to hang out -- both on the front patio complete with swinging loveseat and on the spacious and pleasant back patio. We could not recommend the Cox Avenue home more highly.

Comfortable, clean rooms at a great price. Host is proactive and very friendly. Location is safe. Breakfast was great. Would highly recommend and plan on staying again the next time we’re in Memphis.

I absolutely LOVED staying at the Boho Groove! The space is so cozy and I love tucking right into a neighborhood anytime I can. I was so grateful for the pet-friendly policy as I’m moving cross-country with 2 giant fluffy dogs and and 4 cats, so finding places that could accommodate us was challenging! The fenced front yard was perfect for the dogs and I loved sitting on the front porch watching Memphis go by. (Do keep an eye on your doggos, though, as it’s not fully fenced around the back side, but my girls didn’t really explore as they’re pretty lazy.) Very clean, everything well thought out, and the bed is so cozy. Highly recommend!
