I was very pleased with my stay at Mary's Airbnb! The two hosts were very helpful, responsive, and offered to answer any questions in a timely fashion! This Airbnb is affordable and in the perfect location to access Knoxville! The place felt very homey, like a cute little apartment. The place was clean and organized. I suggest that new guests to crack the bathroom door when showering, as the bathroom does not have a fan or vent. They do, however, accommodate this with an air humidifier, which collects as much water as it can. Everything you'd want to visit is within a 3-15 minute drive, and walking is a definite option too! I enjoyed my stay. I love the windows for great lighting, the air conditioner worked great, and kept it at a steady 68 degrees when sleeping. The hallway of this complex smells weird and is very warm, but it did not bother us, just something I noticed. Leaving the Airbnb is very easy, just like leaving a hotel room. Thank you, Mary! I loved my stay! :)

Comfortable, clean, and convenient. Stayed here five nights while in town for work. Never had to drive to find a new place to go for fun, food, and drinks. There is plenty of parking nearby and payment is handled by phone/app. I would stay here again, and recommend to a friend!

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and private. We were in for a wedding and it had everything we needed. William even went out and got us a hair dryer and iron. It was a great location for us as we wanted access to Clinton, Knoxville and Norris Damn State Park. We would absolutely stay here again if we were in the area!

I love staying at Omaris’s place. This was my second time staying, but my first time in this unit. The bed was comfy, the location is quiet and it is 15 mins from the university. I will def be back again!

The best stay I have ever had in downtown Knoxville. Dylan and Suzanne are too notch hosts. They do it right! The recommendations are up to my food snobby standards 😋 The furniture is high end. The art is fantastic. The lighting is great. The bedding, the towels the mattress and pillows are fabulous! It’s just how people should do it! More hosts need to be like this! Will stay many more times in the near future. Can’t wait!

This is really a great place to stay! I booked it for my parents and they loved it! They want to be back here every time they visit. The place was spotless, felt like they were the first people who have walked in and used the space! I would highly recommend!

Michael is a great host and the place is welcoming. It is bright, cheery space and the decorations are tasteful and eclectic. The kitchen is well stocked with sufficient pots and pans, basic spices, oil, etc. The bathroom had extra soaps and shampoos available, lots of towels, etc. its very peaceful and restful place. Great, walkable neighborhood. Grocers, drug stores, restaurants and gas stations close enough to walk too. So many great restaurants, music, markets, parks and things to see and do within an easy drive. Michael had great suggestions to meet our interests.

Very peaceful and private getaway with a couple friends and family is perfect , nice back yard and patio with a grill to cook on, 5 star place for sure

Loved staying here. It’s central to everything downtown which makes for great walkability. There’s zero noise from the restaurant below so no need to worry about that. Plenty of free parking across the street, too. I’ll definitely stay here again next year when I have a return visit to Maryville

This is without a doubt the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The amenities were amazing, and we had no lack of things to do! The kitchen was fully stocked when we arrived, full of snacks, drinks, coffee, etc. The bathrooms were like hotel bathrooms, with cabinets full of disposable toothbrushes and razors, plus hotel soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the showers. It was very spacious, and we all slept comfortably as the beds were all large, comfortable and clean. The details of the space were immaculate, as it all fit the theme, and demonstrated the city of Knoxville well! It’s within walking distance of Market Square, the Tennessee Theater, and a large portion of Downtown Knoxville! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for the place! It made my wedding weekend so much better than it already was!!

Everything about this home was perfect and matched description. The ONLY thing we didn’t realize was that it was at the top of a mountain with crazy windy roads to get to (at least for our toyota camry). It rained while we were there and almost spun out of some of the turns. Honestly it made our experience in the mountains fun. Other than that everything about the home was so cozy.

Had an enjoyable stay at the Hexagon Suite. Super close to UT campus. Easy to get into apartment and the boys enjoyed the large screen TV. Kitchen had all the necessary amenities and the place was clean. Would stay here again when coming to Knoxville!

We absolutely loved our stay in this enchanting home! From the moment we walked in, it felt warm and inviting, like a true sanctuary. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and serene, far beyond our expectations. I was genuinely surprised by the natural beauty surrounding the area; the lush greenery and vibrant wildlife created a calming ambiance that allowed us to fully unwind. We were so grateful to have the opportunity to recharge for a few days in this haven. Conveniently located near Oak Ridge, it was ideally situated for our needs, and we appreciated the proximity of several supermarkets. This made it easy to stock up on snacks and microwaveable meals for our stay. One of our favorite aspects of the home was the charming bookshelf. We spent hours exploring its eclectic collection of books.

We loved our stay. It was very easy to get to, and great instructions were given to get into the home. When we walked in it felt like home. I felt safe in the location and it was close enough to everything but far enough away to be peaceful. The only down side was the people in the unit above us were quit nosy. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone wanting a nice vacation!

Our hosts were very communicative and had a beautifully furnished place. It had all the basic amenities one would need and clear instructions for a smooth check in process. I’d definitely stay again if I’m in the area!

The Airbnb is well located as described in the listing. We walked to the main strip in the evenings without an issue, and with a car, the main sites are easily accessible. The apartment was suitable for us-2 adults and one child. The host was responsive and any concerns or assistance needed was addressed timely.

I love this very warm condo. It felt homey and was in a great location. I have no complaints. It was very clean!

We loved our stay at Myriah's cozy little condo on the river. Being able to sit on the balcony in the mornings with our coffe and watch all the wildlife like geese, herons, ducks, and even a beaver made for a great start to our day. The location was great, off the parkway, but still close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. We would definitely stay again. Myriah was easy to communicate with and was very hospitable.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was well updated and clean. It was an easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg. We even had local bears that we seen quite a bit.

Really enjoyed our stay at the resort. Very close to Dollywood and good amenities.
