Old and charming cottage! A lot is renovated, while a little remains. Here you have a lake right outside the door, undisturbed from others. Which is unique to the space. Bathing area with jetty, diving board and benches in the immediate vicinity. There is a quiet boat, 2 sup boards, life vests, fishing rod, barbecue and fire-pan. Weigh all the way up to the cabin. Connected to electricity and water(well), and incineration toilet inside. There is no internet, or TV channels. Towels and bedding clothes included.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Lovely cabin an hour from Trondheim

We rent out Gevingåsen - our little gem in Orkland municipality about 60 minutes drive from Trondheim. The cabin area is quiet with fantastic nature and hiking terrain, swimming water and fishing water. The cabin has summer parking 3 min walk away, winter parking 15 min on skis/snowshoes. Altogether the cottage has 3 bedrooms and 7 beds, but with mattresses for several if needed. The cabin has a solar system, gas and well water but thorough instructions are given when renting. Well met!
