Modern and spacious cabin of about 140 sqm idyllically located close to the beach edge on Selbusjøen, just half an hours drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and tumble dryer. Two bedrooms with beds for adults and a children's room with bed for larger children. In addition, there is a basement living room with double sofa bed with two pull-out beds. TV in all floors, PS5 in the basement.

Recharge your batteries at this unique and tranquil accommodation. Here you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the sea or try your luck fishing right outside the door. Enjoy the views and watch the boats that are on the way come first serve passing right down. Carport right outside the door with electric car charger. There are 6 beds for adults and 1 baby bed/baby bed. High chair is also here. The sunset can be enjoyed from the bed, or from one of the 3 great terraces. Sun from it rises to it sets.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Nice and child-friendly housing

I dette fine rekkehuset perfekt for et par med mindre barn kan dere bo nær strand, fotballbane, butikker, turområder, buss til Trondheim (ca 25 min) Leies ut til ordensfolk over 25 år. Her vil vi dere skal senke skuldrene, så sengetøy, håndklær og utvask trenger dere ikke tenke på, men vi forventer at det leveres i samme stand som når dere overtok. NB: vi har ei rolig Maine Coon katt som trives best hjemme, men hun gjør lite utav seg og er stort sett ute dagen lang når det er greit vær

Whether you want to relax with the sunset on the balcony, by the fireplace in the evening, explore the beautiful nature around the hiking trails in the mountains, or Trondheim city center which is only 20 minutes away. Ideal for families, friends or couples who want a homey base for their stay between activities outside. Here I live, Vibeke and my daughter when it is not rented. Cøliaki friendly home.

Cheerful Farm stay a stone's throw from Gaula

The small farm lies right by the river Gaula and is therefore perfect for those who like salmon fishing. Here you have good opportunities to be outside as the outside area is large. There is also a lot of outdoor furniture on the barn that will be available for you to rent. Three cottages are also located on the farm, they can also be rented if you are many. The Fjord House

Charming house by the sea in Buvika with 3 double bedrooms, a spacious outdoor patio with kitchen and BBQ, just 30 meters from the shoreline. Grocery store, restaurants, and bus stop to Trondheim (20 min) all within a 5-minute walk. Renovated in 2019. There may be some building activity nearby during summer of 2025. We’ll do our best to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

The apartment has a very central location with a short distance to shops, pharmacies and bus stops. Here you live in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet close to everything you need.

Family friendly house is rented. The house has laundry room, exterior with toilet, 1 Master bedroom with its own walk-in closet and bathroom.
