Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The unit was beautifully decorated with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotless, and it was clear that a lot of care and attention went into every detail—from the thoughtful decor to the well-stocked amenities. The check-in and checkout process was seamless, with clear, detailed instructions provided ahead of time. It truly felt like a home away from home. Very nice place to stay!

The house was easy to find, and in a quiet neighborhood. while the curb appeal wasn't great, the interior certainly made up for it. it's identical to the pictures. We had an issue with a power outage because of a storm (normal for Florida), but Lindsey was very responsive and giving us estimated restoration times. We would definitely stay here again!

We had kids and their grandparents with us for the stay and were extremely satisfied! It’s very walkable to the beach and they provide beach gear. The kitchen is well stocked. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. Beds were comfy and there are plenty of pillows. The pool and spa were clean and easy to use. We will definitely be making a repeat visit as it is within walking of two of our family friends. A few things to note- the alarm system on the house “dings” with the opening of any window or door 24/7 which can interrupt light sleeping kids. If we had to be picky: The extra room with the day bed doesn’t have a full closing door. It’s more of a privacy screen. Wish there was a cooler for beach trips and a pitcher or other drink container for making lemonade or iced tea. Host went out of her way to provide some yoga mats for us to use. They were also extremely responsive to questions during the stay. Neighborhood was great. Safe for walking and running alone in the ea

Nice clean and easy to find close to beach and other areas

We found this place very welcoming! The accommodation was nicely decorated, creating a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Zoey is a wonderful host, she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. Samantha was an excellent host. The property was well-maintained, and the surroundings were beautiful. The partially fenced-in backyard was perfect for our big dog. It was a great spot for fishing and crabbing. The dolphins at the end of the dock each day were a great bonus. It was a wonderful place for a quiet family getaway.

Wonderful stay for 7 adults and 1 small dog. Very comfortable, clean, & well stocked house. Pool was a lot of fun to gather around. Plenty of games were available at the house for guests' use. A short walk to the clean beach. We watched a rocket lift from the beach one night. Many restaurants were available within 5 minutes driving distance. Any questions or concerns were dealt with efficiently & professionally by Jose, who was always available via text. We would happily rent this property again. We were sad to end our vacation. The house was perfect for my family of 10. It was clean, spacious, ample towels (bath & beach) and linen. The outdoor space is screened in with lots of seating, tv, radio (with Bluetooth), mini fridge, and pool. The pool is big and very clean. There are multiple beaches nearby…15-20 minute drive. My family will definitely come back❤️

Pats condo was wonderful for ours girls trip this year! Million dollar view from the balcony & fabulous open concept kitchen/dining/living room area. Kitchen is very well supplied! Great quiet condo-wonderful pool. Beach is steps away and we went every day. Pat supplied everything you need for the beach too—minus an umbrella which can be rented right on the beach—3 min walk away! She also quickly responded to any questions and provided anything we needed! I was ready to rent this condo again right away but the dates we are returning are already rented..bummer for me! Thank you for a great week Pat! We hope to be back sometime!😊

The space was exactly as described. Had all of the necessities that a traveler would need for an enjoyable stay and beach day. Private access to the beach just steps away was the best part. Will definitely return for future trips.

It was perfect for my wife and I steps to the beach and if you didn’t want to go to the beach you have the pool and jacuzzi. The room was immaculate and clean we stayed in we were originally in the front but was moved closer to the pool which was awesome. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much.

It was like going to a private resort on the ocean ,everything was available in and around the complex, beautiful location, easy to find and I definitely will be back.
