Our bungalow is located on 2 acres of historic land. Originally known as the Kentucky Military Institute the buildings are over 100 years old, built in the late 1900s. The property overlooks the Eau Gallie River and we can accommodate kayaking, fishing, & boat dockage. We are 3 miles from the beach and 2 miles from the Melbourne Airport. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place for you. You can watch the local wildlife all day and enjoy the serenity.
“Brenda is just an amazing host and tge place was fantastic. Right on the beach, had access to kayaks and we even did some fishing. Just stayed the one night and the only regret is not staying longer. Watch the most amazing sunset and the place was so clean and comfortable. Will definetly be back very soon. Highly recommend 👌”

My house is ten minutes from the beach, five minutes from Wickham Park, one hour from Orlando, 45 minutes to Port Canaveral, 50 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and close to some great spots to eat and hang out! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets)!
