Holiday rentals with a patio in Meimoa

O local, alojamento superou nossas espectativas, estava tudo muito limpo e organizado, tudo muito bem arrumado. Tudo funcionou e não tivemos nenhum problena em nossa estadia. Muita coisa para se conhecer por perto, o local é fácil de se achar, há local para se estacionar o carro dentro do pátio, isso ajuda muito. Gostamos muito e recomendamos. Se eu voltaria um dia? Sim com certeza. Quanto ao anfitrião, sempre foi presente quando precisamos. Nos sentimos acolhidos.

What can we say.. We spent a glorious, relaxed week here at the end of August, a truly special place a beautifully renovated original stone house with high ceilings and original features. Paul was a generous, friendly and knowledgeable host, and the views are spectacular. Apartment 3 was a good size for our family of 5 (kids 17, 14, 11) comfy beds, en suites for each bedroom and a stunning balcony. The pool was an extra treat, beautiful, and again with panoramic views across the valley. Oh, and the WiFi was speedy too. Brace yourself for the drive, it gets easier and it’s 100% worth it! Would happily and heartily recommend ❤️

Marli is a very busy hard working person who always made time to help us and respond to questions we had. We enjoyed Armamar and Marli’s apartment. Quick access by car to the Douro River. Thank you again Marli.

Truly loved our stay at Paulo's place. Beautiful views of vinyards and hillsides with birds chirping in the trees. Paulo was friendly and helpful, offering advice on places to go and where to eat. Lovely restaurant located downstairs. I would recommend staying here for anyone looking to visit the Douro region. Train to Porto stops nearby at Aregos but don't let the short distance on the map deceive you. It's very hilly terrain and not walkable.

Bem, que surpresa agradável! Um segredo bem guardado! Escolhemos ficar em Côja e em casa do Francisco por puro acaso, queríamos um lugar calmo, longe da confusão e que nos permitisse passar um fim de semana relaxado. O apartamento do Francisco, não só está muito bem decorado, organizado e equipado, como também nos proporcionou tudo que procurávamos. As camas são espaçosas e muito confortaveis! A piscina é especialmente agradável! Certamente voltaremos e tenho a certeza que seremos bem recebidos. Recomendo!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great with a short walk to the Old Cathedral, a short walk up the hill to the university, and a short walk down the hill to the main downtown area near the river. There was an issue with the air conditioning before we arrived. Andre was very upfront about it, offered us a different apartment, and was doing everything they could to fix the issue. They are great hosts and made us feel very welcome.

Perfect place to relax and unwind …in the country when visiting Monsanto…,great AC,comfortable bed and everything you need in the kitchen…grocery store is about 20 minute drive and no restaurants around so best to plan ahead for food… there is a nice charcoal BBQ a on the premises with everything you need to BBQ….there is a small store for water ,pop ect a five minute walk..Cecília brought some fresh cherries from her parents farm and had delicious peach jam on the table….would highly recommended…

Receio não conseguir expressar de forma suficientemente justa o quão incrível foi a nossa estadia na Casa da Cruz Alta. A casa é absolutamente maravilhosa, confortável, acolhedora; o aquecimento, a insonorização, os equipamentos, os detalhes, tudo perfeito! Não só tivemos tudo o que precisámos como os extras e as surpresas foram tantos que a nossa estadia não poderia ter sido mais completa. Os proprietários são super simpáticos e atenciosos, sendo óbvio o gosto que têm em receber bem e em proporcionar uma óptima experiência. O pequeno almoço deixado diariamente era de chorar por mais. Muito obrigado por tudo, voltaremos certamente!

This is a very special place with beauty everywhere you look including the architecture of the house utilising the natural materials of the region to blend into the landscape. Francisca cooked us a delicious three course meal including wine, delivered on a tray on our first night what a treat ! On Francisca’s recommendation we had a very authentic wine and food tour with Bambuti Tours we were overwhelmed with Portugal hospitality for the day and Viewed some amazing scenery, a great way to explore the valley. Casa Do Largo is situated in some of the most beautiful scenery in the valley and we enjoyed a whole day there , with a walk to the beautiful river first then a day enjoying the pool and the most comfortable home. This has been our favourite spot in Portugal and we would highly recommended you book it for at least 3 nights.

Het was een heel mooi huisje, klein, maar alles was van goed materiaal, fijne douche, mooi ingericht met leuke houtdetails. We sliepen heerlijk met de ramen open en het geluid van het riviertje, verder was het helemaal stil ‘s nachts. Buiten fijne terrassen, heerlijk met onze voeten in het riviertje gezeten, een fantastische omgeving, helemaal vrij uitzicht aan de achterkant van het huis en een lieflijk gehuchtje. We liepen elke dag een half uurtje naar Gois, een mooi dorp met rivier en heerlijke gebakjes bij de paladeria. Wij vonden het heel fijn!

Logement exceptionnel, propre avec touts les équipement de grand qualité, décoration avec du bon gout, belle terrasse et jolie jardin avec jacuzzi. Difficile de trouver meilleure

Olá Cristian! Adorámos estar neste refúgio no meio da natureza, era mesmo o que estávamos a precisar. Choveu muito e a casa foi mesmo um abrigo acolhedor para todos, as nossas crianças adoraram "a casa de madeira no campo, mágica"! Dormimos muito bem e foi um privilégio poder usufruir desta experiência de viver numa aldeia medieval com tanta história e beleza. Adorámos o duche! Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. Peaceful, quiet, and I loved the orange and lemon trees. Listening to the birds while enjoying the view was a real treat! Joao was extremely professional and communicative - it’s clear he has put a lot of time and attention into the Airbnb.

We had the most amazing time at Hugo and Jennys. The whole place is just beautiful. Theres a great view of the river from the terasse and the pool is so nice. The kitchen is well equipped, we found everything we needed to cook and there was plenty of fresh vegetables in the garden that we were welcome to eat. We also highly recommend trying Jennys homecooked meals- it was great being able to eat on site without having to cook ourselves, specially when travelling with young kids. The food also tasted amazing. Our kids absolutely loved the place, pool and garden. Overall we highly recommend staying at Jenny and Hugos, the surrounding langscape is beautiful, the house is incredible and Hugo and Jenny are fantastic hosts. We are definately coming back ❤️

Pete and Linda are the best hosts we've ever had on Airbnb. They both went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable, from local restaurant recommendations to pool toys and everything in-between. Our daughter had an amazing holiday! The house itself is charming, with tonnes of space and everything you could need. The pool is fantastic and well kept. The local area is remote and beautiful with gorgeous countryside everywhere and some charming river beaches. I managed a run down from the house to the beach and back a couple of times but it's pretty hilly. In short, we couldn't recommend this place more. Thanks

We stayed here for a month because my son went to school nearby. The place is nice, especially the view from the balcony! It's so lovely. The place is small but it has everything necessary. There is a washing machine in the garden. Rui was friending and helpful and responsive.

Heart of coimbra. Cleaning lady come every week. View to street and other windows. locks are on electronic codes, they run on batteries - which was blessing when was country wide black out. I could still get inside. overall very good stay

Very kind and helpful, understanding to our specific check-in needs since we needed to arrive a little later and he even started the fireplace ahead of time. He went above and beyond, getting us a tart pan so we could make a dessert after we just had the silly will to do so

A estadia foi perfeita. O Vitor foi muito gentil, permitiu o check mais cedo, assegurou-se da nossa segurança e conforto. Coimbra estava em festa nesses dias, o que para nós foi uma incrível experiência. O apto muito bem localizado.
