A former Adega grape press has been transformed into a beautiful family home with a private outdoor terrace, garden & BBQ within a stunning historic Quinta estate including swimming pool, gardens and cascading olive orchards. It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

Serra da Estrela, Sabugueiro (300 beach/ plage)

My place is close to the Tower/ski resort (about 15 minutes). The house is located in a mountain village, at an altitude of 1100 meters, and is considered the highest village in Portugal - Sabugueiro. Within a 10 km radius, there are several lagoons and river beaches, such as Vale do Rossim and Lagoa Comprida, Loriga and the village's own beach. My space is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

You'll love my place because it's quiet, has good access to rural areas with a pleasant view over chestnut groves and agricultural lands. Quinta das Sesmarias is located on the urban outskirts of Vila de Alcains, a 3.5-hectare property that maintains the rural characteristics of the early 20th century.
