Everything is new, well-equipped kitchen, rooms with comfortable beds, large sofa, and what can I say about the view! 😍😍😍 a high floor spectacle where we have the view of the rooms and living room to the sea, waking up with this view every morning was a 🙏🏻 wonderful blessing😍😍😍! Fabi was very attentive from check-in, she welcomed us and helped us with everything we needed. I highly recommend your place, and we will definitely be back 👍🏻👏🏻😉

The apartment is impeccable, combining comfort and practicality in every detail. The privileged location, a few steps away from the beach and with shops nearby, made it even easier to stay. The structure of the building also impresses: brand-new gym, whirlpool, swimming pool and impeccable cleaning, these factors have made our experience even more enjoyable and sophisticated.

I loved the reception and ease of communication! Very easy access to the apartment and the speed of the check in. Garage of the very fast access car, apartment was impeccable, all very clean and with excellent appliances. I'll be back.

The apartment is beautiful and clean, exactly as shown in the listing. However, I found the communication with them too complicated, they rented us an apartment and in the middle of my trip, arriving in Itapema they warned that there was no Internet and would change our stay. The problem was that they canceled, so it took a few days to refund the amount paid. I had to stop in the middle of the trip to make the new reservation with them, without having received a refund. The good part was that they were very helpful and kept the same price for our stay. However, they could have facilitated the process, since the apartment problem was theirs and we were on the road arriving at the destination. They need to improve the hosting bureaucracy. If it weren't for that, it would be perfect, because the property is great.

Aconchegante, well decorated, organized, has everything we need, exactly as the announcement, close to everything, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery, market. Easy access to the beach. Super recommend it, and if everything goes well next year we'll be there again.

Kitchen very complete with crockery, bowls and various utensils; new home appliances of the very first. The beds and couch, super comfortable. The janelons leave the house airy and bring light and sunshine (morning and afternoon). Yard in front and back of the property. Everything in the house was carefully thought out to provide the best "welcome". Residential neighborhood, quiet and safe. It offers very diversified commerce, everything is very close. Excellent location, close to restaurants, markets, mall, and beach. The condominium is across the street, it is not the beach condominium, but it has a beach access through a alley with landscaping and fountains. Marcio's apartment is excellent, 2 spacious suites and another room that is office and has a sofa bed if you wanted to use it as a suite, our case we use it as an office and as our baby's room. The condominium has an excellent set of outdoor pools, has an indoor and heated pool, but on cooler days or at night do not expect hot water, only it will not be cold. The gym is excellent, we use it every day. The sauna I tried to use it from day one, but the condominium reported that it was under maintenance, but there was no sign on the door, there was only one card saying that the sauna was free, it was only released after talking to the host. I tried to use the beach court (little sand) and tennis courts (the marking lines are missing), but they need maintenance,

It was a great stay, a block from the beach. We did everything on foot. And the condominium is complete: swimming pool, fitness center, mini market. Jaison was attentive, he made our check-out flexible. Too bad the view from the bathtub is very different from the photos, unfortunately there is no more green area there, but a huge construction site. They're building buildings. But other than that, it was great. I'd come back more often.
