The place is peaceful, the view from the balcony and the bedrooms are wonderful. There are lots of restaurants nearby, a pharmacy and shops. I would definitely go back there. The only setback I had was the elevator, which stopped on the first day I arrived and only worked the day we left. And the kitchen was not to the liking of everyone who was in the apartment. But since we only stayed a few days. That wasn't such a big deal.

Better than expected! Great location for those who like tranquility and prefers to get around just peré, impeccable accommodation, answered questions quickly. Without counting on the availability of chairs, umbrella, thermal box and all cooking utensils.

We arrived at the apartment, Edson informed that it had an air conditioning, and that it would be changed the next day in the morning, scheduled time with the technician, informed us and the exchange was made quickly. Leaving us with all the comfort of the apartment, the quality of the place, and the great apartment. I would stay again.

The apartment is excellent, located in the center near Av Brasil easy to access for anything you need to do in Bc. Spacious property with several different environments, boasts one of the best views of the bathhouse and impresses anyone. For sure will be one of my options when you return to Bc

Great apartment. We love the 4 days we spent. The super attentive and helpful Rafael, made us flexible to get in before and made the exit more flexible as well. The Apartment had everything we needed. The location is wonderful, standing in the sand, literally, as well as being a place without much muvuca. Calm and ideal beach for children. The condominium has a chair, sun umbrellas and plank for fun. Great restaurants next door (We love the Orla 2), ice cream shops, pizzerias, markets, pharmacy, all within a radius of 2 km. We did not use the car during the stay. We hope to return soon.

All set up, in person is better than the listing. Only the parking space is a little complicated for medium or larger cars. No more, I would locate the same apartment again.

Host Herlon is extremely helpful. The house itself is a spectacle, we spent a wonderful week, the heated jacuzzi facing the sea was very much enjoyed. The house is spacious and accommodates everyone very well. All rooms have air conditioning, television and iptv. Quiet and cozy place. I recommend it!

The house is amazing to stay with family and friends, regardless of the weather, as the barbecue area is covered and extremely comfortable. Our dog loved the yard and we had amazing days even in the cold and rain. 🤗

I loved it!!! I loved my stay at the house. With security every time I go to Itapema I want to be in that wonderful and beautiful house. A very comfortable space with a lot of privacy. The neighbors are very attentive and friendly.

The only bad part was having to come away! Wonderful house, the pool then? you don't even talk! It is very close to the beach, close to the markets, all easy access, super recommend! Casa Clean, had everything we needed, there was nothing missing… the super attentive Guilherme, always available when we needed, a sweet person! Hope to be able to return soon 🥰

We felt at home, everything was wonderful, we loved every corner, beautiful, cozy, quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and also a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, laundry, 24-hour laundry. Valeu every penny, and Dona Detinha is a lovely person, always at your disposal and an immeasurable affection. We will definitely come back another time.

The apartment is wonderful, has a beautiful balcony with view to the sea, well divided, has utensils for cooking at home, washing machine, as well as the condominium where it is, which has a sensational infrastructure, with swimming pool, convenience, sports court, garage for two cars, 24h concierge. The location is also very good, close to the sea, the Brava Mall mall and other useful places such as market, bars etc. The host Rogério was very attentive, giving us all the information necessary for a good stay, as well as local tips, which helps a lot. Finally, the stay was sensational, my family and I have to thank you and we hope one day to return!

Cozy atmosphere, with everything you need to spend wonderful days, Mr. Avelino promptly received us and guided us through the apartment at check-in. Showing us everything we would need. Everything was very clean and organized. Helping us with the extra parking space we needed. We'll definitely be back in the next few years.
