We felt at home, the accommodation fulfilled all it promised and it really is easy access, good location. The air conditioning in the bedrooms makes all the difference. Íamos iaamos walking on the beach, less than 1 minute from the waterfront.

Excellent, everything as advertised... the location is perfect, "on the sand", close to everything, easy access, you don't even need to walk around with house keys, great! There was a day when I went out without shoes to go to the beach... and there is also a brewery that made my stay even easier... the kitchen is very complete, we lacked nothing, Jonas served us very well, we will return when possible!

Fernando, I just have to thank you for the amazing hosting I've had. Hut extremely cozy, surprisingly beautiful, every detail of her positively surprised! Completa, met every need! Extreme Peace Place, contact with nature and coziness. Perfect for every moment. I will indicate with my eyes closed and will return soon, no doubt.

Perfect studio in great location! I loved my stay at Manhattan Flats. The space is modern, well decorated, comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, close to the beach and everything I needed. The building has a great structure, with well-equipped gym and a leisure area with pool table that was a plus in the experience. Ideal for relaxing and also maintaining the training routine. Super recommend and I will definitely return!

Our stay was simply amazing! The apartment is excellent, very well equipped with everything needed for comfortable and worry-free lodging. But the great highlight, without a doubt, is the view to the sea – something indescribable! The sunrise is breathtaking, a true spectacle of nature that makes the experience even more special. Super recommend and for sure we will host again.

Very well located the apartment! We felt very safe, as we took our 14 and 10 year old girls and went out to our appointment with the assurance that they would not leave, as it is only possible if the facial is registered. This made us very safe. In the evening, we went out on foot and soon found a bar that served snacks with live music. This bar is facing the beach and has a beautiful view of the BIG WHEEL (Ferris Wheel). Next to the apartment there is a market with an attached bakery. The next night we went out on the boardwalk and it was wonderful to walk and eat delicious churros and corn on the cob at the kiosks. All of this can be done on foot as a family. The view of the Ferris Wheel is only possible where the pool is located. The apartment accommodates 4 people very well, 2 adults and a maximum of 2 teenagers. It has everything you need for cooking, bed and bath (excellent) Regarding the owners, they were always helpful and left us a treat that was very gratifying.

Larger in person, excellent location, 2 two blocks from the main street, everything is nearby. Ideal for spending a few beautiful days on vacation. Highly recommended. We would definitely come back.

the perfect location as it has a market, pharmacy, restaurant, shops and even the Catholic church at a distance of 100m. Space as it is described.

i have no words to describe the 5 days I stayed in this apartment!! everything impeccable. kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms all perfect!! the location is great.. and not to mention that it is not time for you to go down to the beach there is a box for the beach chairs and toys for the children!! without you taking all the hahaha beach trenches everywhere. the only issue that was missing for us that we have children and a smartv tv!! more was also great because the children enjoyed without screens!! more who likes and good to bring a chromecast.

The AP is in a very quiet place, foot in the sand. The sea view is wonderful, a beautiful (closed) balcony of glass. All rooms have air conditioning. The building is located for those who really want to rest and want peace of mind. It left a little to be desired in the matter of beach materials, vide chairs (reclining beach chair has enough, high chair is missing) and sand bag (this one does not have). Of the rest, it is complete. The caretaker is very attentive, willing, explains everything right, dear. As we traveled from afar, we ended up arriving just before the time (it was difficult to set the exact time of arrival), and still allowed the entrance. Back on site, for sure.

Amazing place for the family, great for creating souvenirs and having fun, gorgeous sea view, and many things close to the apartment to do, restaurants etc.. I recommend 100%

We love staying in the chic house. Spotless Space. Great rooms. My children loved.. my husband and I chose the balcony room. It was sensational to wake up every day and without getting out of bed and having that incredible view of the sea... and the sunset seen from the jacuzzi will stay in memory. We will definitely come back more often.

I was in Ester's place with my elderly parents and my sister. We searched for a place that was comfortable, which had rooms available for everyone, easy access garage, elevator and was close to the beach and markets, bakeries and convenience stores and her apartment exceeded our expectations. It is one of the few environments of Itapema that offers bed and bath linens without extra charge and also washing machine, which makes it much easier for those who go to Santa Catarina by plane. Communication with the host was very easy. The district responds quickly, with lots of sympathy and education. I will definitely reserve the space again and will recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Itapema.

The stay was excellent. Aparamento clean, organized, excellent location, very close to the beach, pharmacy and market, bringing a lot of convenience. For those with a child it is a safe place, because it is close to the beach and the access to it to be inside the building. Sr Roberto we received extremely polite and kind. We were very well received and with a snack in the kitchen, ice-cold water, everything great. Congratulations to Mr. Roberto and Marina, we will definitely return to the apartment. We wish for an excellent year and highly recommend the rental.
