Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Tunis

Beautiful Tunisian experience at Dhouha's house (in a separate apartment). It is an unbeatable location to discover the medina and its people. Dhouha and her whole family are always willing to help in anything needed, from helpful tips to even personally accompanying you somewhere. In addition, we were greeted with breakfasts and gifts for our little daughter. I would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone and recommend it to everyone.

Ben Fouziya and her husband were incredible hosts. Due to an unbelievably awful experience with Grand Navi Veloci (I strongly suggest you never even consider traveling with this absolutely awful company), we arrived 3 days late for our reservation. Throughout the delay we notified Fouziya and she was always accommodating and helpful. When we finally arrived, the apartment we had booked was occupied, which is more than understandable considering the circumstances. Instead of telling us we couldn’t stay with them, Fouziya invited us into their home. They picked us up at the port, brought us to the bus depot to buy our tickets for the following day and then to their house. Fouziya had a beautiful meal waiting for us, which after eating nothing but the same high school quality cafeteria food for three days, tasted like heaven. Then they took us for a short walking tour around their town (it was after 8pm by the time we arrived at their home) and for tea on a beautiful terrace restaurant overlooking the sea. The next morning they got up very early to drive us to the bus station (after stopping for some great pain au chocolate en route) and helped us battle our way on to the bus to get seats. All said, great people, great hospitality.

A cool apartment in a great area of the city, right in the Medina. Small but cosy. Three doors to the street and an on-site guardian, so safety isn't an issue. Only issue is that some of the facilities, especially the shower, are outdated.

We had a wonderful stay at Myriam’s house! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere had such a calming energy, making it the perfect place to unwind. It was quiet and peaceful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided was a nice touch, with fresh and delicious options each morning. Myriam’s hospitality was truly top-notch—she was welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the medina and the Ez-Zaytuna Mosque. There was convenient on-street parking nearby, which made exploring the area easy and stress-free. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend staying here!

Extraordinary accommodation. As in the photos, with the atmosphere in addition. Breakfasts as we like them. Everyone found their place in this large house with its crazy charm. We regret not being able to stay longer but the main purpose of our visit was a wedding... Selim is very warm and friendly. We will know where to stay if we return to Tunisia.

I was a guest of Haifa in the ancient medina of Tunis and I had a great time. I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The place is great and close to the main attractions of the medina. In addition, it is close to Bab Bhar, a place from where you can call a taxi and reach any place. It was a wonderful journey!

Youssef and Florence are welcoming, helpful and interesting hosts, always available. The place is full of history and you feel extremely good in this large typical house and its garden is magical and beautiful. A peaceful harbor in the heart of the medina teeming with life. I highly recommend it, we had a great stay.

A beautiful home right in the center of old Tunis. It’s close to both the train and bus stations, making it the perfect location if you want to explore Tunisia on your own. There are also a great local restaurants nearby. The house itself is exceptionally quiet and peaceful, and in the evenings, wild flamingos fly over the courtyard. Abdelaziz and Marwa were very welcoming and helped us with anything we needed. Thank you both for showing us places in Tunisia that we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own. We wholeheartedly recommend it :)

We loved our stay at Osama's. Not only is the house beautiful and peaceful, but also having met Osama contributes to the beauty of the experience we have had. We'll be back, I hope to be back soon. We warmly recommend the house and this host who is one of the people we meet and that we do not forget.

Good value apartment, well equipped and spacious. The neighborhood of El Wahat has everything for daily needs in walking distance, and centrally located near airport, and about 10 dinar taxi to city centre or la marsa. I stayed a couple months and the host was very responsive to any needs and very nice to deal with. I would recommend this place.
