Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Tunis

Hermosa experiencia tunesina en la casa de Dhouha (en un apartamento independiente). Está en una ubicación inmejorable para descubrir la medina y su gente. Dhouha y toda su familia siempre están dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo que haga falta, desde consejos útiles hasta inclusive acompañarte personalmente a algún sitio. Además, nos agasajaron con desayunos y regalos para nuestra pequeña hija. Volvería sin dudarlo y se lo recomendaré a todo el mundo.

Ben Fouziya and her husband were incredible hosts. Due to an unbelievably awful experience with Grand Navi Veloci (I strongly suggest you never even consider traveling with this absolutely awful company), we arrived 3 days late for our reservation. Throughout the delay we notified Fouziya and she was always accommodating and helpful. When we finally arrived, the apartment we had booked was occupied, which is more than understandable considering the circumstances. Instead of telling us we couldn’t stay with them, Fouziya invited us into their home. They picked us up at the port, brought us to the bus depot to buy our tickets for the following day and then to their house. Fouziya had a beautiful meal waiting for us, which after eating nothing but the same high school quality cafeteria food for three days, tasted like heaven. Then they took us for a short walking tour around their town (it was after 8pm by the time we arrived at their home) and for tea on a beautiful terrace restaurant overlooking the sea. The next morning they got up very early to drive us to the bus station (after stopping for some great pain au chocolate en route) and helped us battle our way on to the bus to get seats. All said, great people, great hospitality.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. L’endroit est très propre, bien équipé et fidèle à la description. Le quartier est agréable, idéal pour se reposer. L’hôte était très accueillant et disponible.

We had a wonderful stay at Myriam’s house! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere had such a calming energy, making it the perfect place to unwind. It was quiet and peaceful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided was a nice touch, with fresh and delicious options each morning. Myriam’s hospitality was truly top-notch—she was welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the medina and the Ez-Zaytuna Mosque. There was convenient on-street parking nearby, which made exploring the area easy and stress-free. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend staying here!

Logement extraordinaire . Comme sur les photos avec l’atmosphère en plus . Petits déjeuners comme nous les aimons . Tout le monde a su trouver sa place dans cette grande maison au charme fou. Nous regrettons de n’avoir pu séjourner plus longtemps mais l’objectif principal de notre venue était un mariage … Selim est très chaleureux et sympathique . Nous saurons où loger si nous revenons en Tunisie .

Dar Meso ist wirklich ein besonderer Ort. Ich habe die herzliche Atmosphäre, die inspirierenden Gespräche, die Freundlichkeit der Menschen sehr genossen. Das Viertel ist zentral und die Nachbarschaft offen und hilfsbereit. Es gibt mehrere Souks, wo man alles findet, was man braucht, die Medina ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich hoffe bald an diesen wunderschönen Ort zurückzukehren zu dürfen.

Sono stato ospite di Haifa nella antica medina di Tunisi e sono stato benissimo. Sono stato accolto con gentilezza e professionalità. Il posto é ottimo e vicino alle maggiori attrazioni della medina. Inoltre, é vicino a Bab Bhar, posto da dove potete chiamare un taxi e raggiungere qualsiasi posto. É stato un viaggio bellissimo!

Youssef et Florence sont des hôtes accueillants, serviables et intéressants, toujours disponibles. Le lieu est chargé d'histoire et on se sent extrêmement bien dans cette grande maison typique et son jardin est magique et magnifique. Un havre de paix au coeur de la médina grouillante de vie. Je recommande vivement, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

A beautiful home right in the center of old Tunis. It’s close to both the train and bus stations, making it the perfect location if you want to explore Tunisia on your own. There are also a great local restaurants nearby. The house itself is exceptionally quiet and peaceful, and in the evenings, wild flamingos fly over the courtyard. Abdelaziz and Marwa were very welcoming and helped us with anything we needed. Thank you both for showing us places in Tunisia that we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own. We wholeheartedly recommend it :)

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Oussama. Non seulement la maison est magnifique et paisible, mais également avoir fait la connaissance d'Oussama participe à la beauté de l'expérience que nous avons vecue. Nous reviendrons, j'espère très vite. Nous recommandons chaleureusement la maison et cet hôte qui fait partie des personnes que l'on rencontre et que l'on n'oublie pas.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι πάρα πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο και ευρύχωρο. Ιδανική τοποθεσία, ήσυχος δρόμος με καλή καφετέρια στην είσοδο και πολύ κοντά στην Μεδίνα και στον κεντρικό δρόμο. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Good value apartment, well equipped and spacious. The neighborhood of El Wahat has everything for daily needs in walking distance, and centrally located near airport, and about 10 dinar taxi to city centre or la marsa. I stayed a couple months and the host was very responsive to any needs and very nice to deal with. I would recommend this place.
