The place seemed perfect to rest, we had everything we needed for our stay... What we liked most was the cleanliness of the place and the tranquility of its surroundings. Eroel was very attentive to clear up any concerns, we will definitely return, we loved it 🌻

The stay is very well ideal for families, the apto is as in the photos, very cool and the area is very quiet, it is well located, it is in a 3rd floor without an elevator, the two bathrooms are outside the rooms and only one of them had a hot shower (it did not work well was almost left to tibia). The wifi worked well for remote work. Communication with Eliana was not so smooth and warm, it was only communicated through the airbnb chat and through default messages.

The space is very cozy and warm, I loved how central it is to areas such as restaurants, parks and shopping centers. The space also has hot water, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a large kitchen for cooking. The front patio with the south view of Medellin is spectacular. You can work from there or just spend the afternoon admiring the city. i recommend it at💯.

Fabién's is a thoughtful host. When we arrived he already had incense during and the fans were turned on for our comfort. I would return. The apartment is up 2 flights of stairs but that wasn't a problem for us. Great place to stay!

It's a very good place to stay in Rionegro. Three rooms, two bathrooms, well equiped kitchen, very clean and easy self check-in and access. María was a great host, friendly and with fast and clear answers, very helpful. Covered parking and good recommendations.

Very nice place, spacious, quiet and clean. Felipe, our host, was always attentive to our concerns and responded very quickly. The apartment is 2 blocks from the subway station in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood, with good cafes and restaurants. 100% recommended.

Wow! What an amazing place for a bachelor’s party! I was tasked with taking care of 10 guys and throwing a memorable party. Not only was the Penthouse incredible, but Carlos was indispensable for us all. We literally showed up to a pool party (let your imagination run wild😊 We had access to everything a bachelor party needs. Carlos also owns a taxi company so was able to run guys and gals around with an excellent staff (the property is also owned by an American). The pool view is incredible, and you’ll see a massive statue of Pablo Escobar+ his wife and kids upon entering the property (incredible history). The place is huge and comfortable with fast internet for those who also had to put in work. Lots of bedrooms too. I recommend this property and the staff highly. Since I was responsible for setting this up, I was worried about everything: getting ripped off, robbed, and just looking bad in general. When we got there to a ready-made pool party, I was an instant legend. Perfect!

Great Place. It had everything i needed. Awesome view of the city and the host was awesome as well. Constantly checking in to see if I needed anything or if I was ok. Lots of great local restaurants in the area. There's an awesome Mexican spot around the corner with the best tacos I've had in Medellín. I'll definitely stay in the apartment again.

Beautiful location with amazing views of the city. Walking distance to Éxito supermarket and Viva shopping mall with lots of restaurants and shopping. Would love to visit again.

The place was very comfortable—great view, super secure area in a new building. It had two massive 70” TVs and fast Wi-Fi, perfect for rainy afternoons. Would recommend.

Great spot I love coming back to …I have stayed multiple times at Justin's just keeps getting better. The view is absolutely stunning to wake up to and to sit on the balcony and work. The apartment has every detail and comfort ….. The bed is super comfortable, the TV huge, the kitchen stocked, the sound system throughout the house is incredible and voice controlled (very cool) The pool, gym and steam room are perfect for the healthy lifestyle minded ; The apartment is on a dead end street so it's quiet despite being close to everything. Justin has been incredibly helpful and communication with him is the smoothest I've had on AirBNB. The reviews are spot on, if you are looking for a decked out place that has a very coobine …look no further- I can't recommend this place highly enough! Security looks after you also very helpful

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. There were a few issues on this visit but all the issues were corrected Melissa is very responsive and easy to get ahold of. We will return to the condo in the future she is a pleasure to deal with very friendly. Thank you Melissa for your hospitality.

Ricardos place was so comfy and cozy. The place was exactly like the pictures and very clean. We arrived very late, and felt safe with security in the building, The security were super helpful and very kind. The apartment is right across the street from Viva Mall which was very convenient. Instructions were very clear. I usually stay with family when I visit Medellin but with this experience being so great, I won't be staying with family anymore (lol). We had no inconvenience at all staying at Ricardos place and I will definitely do stay there again. The view from the balcony is spectacular, we even saw fireworks one night from the balcony. I definitely reccomend.

Perfect location, very close to the subway station. The atmosphere is very safe and family friendly. Juan David is an excellent host, very flexible, friendly and communicative. Felt like home 👌🏼
