The luxuriously equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower and the high-quality stocked kitchen leave nothing to be desired. The bay windows provide a direct view of the nearby spa park and the church. The comfortable double bed measures 160x200 cm.

The 85 sqm loft in the attic was completely rebuilt in 2019 and offers a modern harmonious atmosphere where you will find everything you need to relax and feel good. The 2nd sleeping place in the alcove can be reached via a ladder. 30 sqm roof terrace invite you to a sundowner as well as to the morning yoga session. Our park-like garden offers wonderful corners to lie around and relax and the beach is only 2.5 km away.

The exquisite holiday loft was completed in 2010 and has sophisticated equipment. It is located in a historic 18th-century storage building, where a soap boilery was operated until the beginning of the 20th century. Located in the middle of the old town, overlooking the 3 large churches of Stralsund, all attractions such as the historic market squares, the town hall, the port, the ocean room or the marine museum are within walking distance.

The location on the edge of the residential area of Rostock-Kassebohm is also a good starting point to explore the city or surrounding area by bike or public transport. Shopping & bus stop are within walking distance in about 5 minutes. The apartment is perfect for those who want to spend just a couple of days or even a few weeks in the city.

There are plenty of shopping opportunities and it is a 10-minute walk to the trendy district of KTV.
