Everything was excellent, the environment was very clean, Mrs. Adélia and her husband welcomed us very well, gave us all the instructions on what to do and when we needed help with the gas she helped us very quickly! I highly recommend it, her house has so much to do that we didn't even visit the surroundings. Dona Adélia provided us with extreme comfort!!

An excellent apartment. The location provides a walk along the waterfront, as well as privileged access to the beaches. Another highlight is the proximity to commerce, which made it possible for us to do everything on foot. What delighted us the most was the beautiful view, the balcony is perfect for contemplating the sunrise and the evening, waking up and sleeping with the sound of the sea was an incredible experience. As for the facilities, they are quite satisfying, comfortable rooms, well-equipped kitchen, toilets with good structure and a charming library. It is also worth highlighting the communication with the owner, which was quite quiet and has always been available to answer the questions.

The apartment is extremely comfortable and has everything you need to have a great stay. The kitchen is fully equipped; the bathrooms were clean when we arrived; bedrooms with available linen, TV sets and air conditioning in perfect working order. The hall has a brewery and a pool table that make all the difference. The balcony view is another point that deserves to be highlighted, especially because of the possibility that you have to see the sun rising. In addition, in the condominium there is a beautiful swimming pool, well-equipped barbecue area, soccer court, a spa and sauna also ready to be used, in addition to a well-equipped gym. The location is also very good, in front of one of the best beaches in the region. Similarly, Marcelo was extremely polite and responded to all inquiries quickly and efficiently. I will certainly return at other times.

The apartment is large and comfortable. The location is great , with market, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants close by. The elevator and garage that was very useful to us. Mr. João very attentive, always answered my doubts. We'll be back for sure at the next time.

Excellent house, clean, well maintained, fully equipped kitchen, two refrigerators, new air-fryer, airy rooms, hostess always available, helpful and proactive. We were 7 adults and 4 children and the house was perfect. The house is in the block behind the waterfront with easy access to the beach and restaurants. I recommend it!

We love the apartment! The location is great, with everything nearby, which made our stay very practical and enjoyable. We went during the turn of the year and were able to make the most of every moment. We were greeted with great affection, with a personalized card and pampering that made all the difference. Communication with Lúcia was exceptional, from the booking process to after the check-out, always attentive and available. The view to the fireworks display was simply stunning, providing unforgettable moments. Undoubtedly, it was a very worthwhile investment. We return home with incredible memories and the desire to return soon!

Great accommodation in a super comfortable, spacious house with a beautiful view of the lagoon. When we arrived we found everything very clean and without the smell of mold. We take great advantage of the leisure area which is very nice with a barbecue grill and a very good swimming pool. Despite being close to the best beach in Guarapari, the house is so good that it did not even feel like going to the beach rsrs... We only have to thank the owner of the house Alexandre who served us super well and is to be congratulated!

This is not the first time we have stayed at Solar Santa Clara. Once again, we felt at home. Eduardo is a great host and Rodrigo, who takes care of the house, is very proactive. The house has also undergone improvements in the past year, making it even more comfortable. In addition to the complete leisure area and all the necessary utensils available, we are delighted by the beautiful view of the lagoon and the many fruit trees in the yard. Simply impeccable. The place is bigger than the one to imagine by the pictures, a wonderful environment, with several things to do for leisure. I made the commemoration with my birthday and I couldn't pick a better place. I made a barbecue and the barbecue is very good, outside that is in the pool area and close to the pool, so it was perfect. Tables and chairs available. Afonso has always proved available, friendly and very clear with everything that had to be done and how the house works. Voltaria for sure, does not even want to leave there! I recommend it to everyone and I say it is the best place for you to do your event.
