Perfect for family and friends. Heated pool!

Brand new house, with 300m of built areas, lots of leisure for the family. It is a 5-minute walk to the main beach and Multiplace Mais. For P12, it's a 3-minute drive. You will enjoy incredible experiences with your family, we have high-end equipment and accommodations. The house is complete, has air-conditioning and TV in all five bedrooms, new electronics and several laser items. There are 2 en-suites, 3 bedrooms, 7 beds and extra mattresses. Beautiful place! Luxury cover, beautiful view, decoration of the first apartment, highlight the bed linen that was impeccable and in all bathrooms with liquid soap,shampoo and quality conditioner. A balcony with barbecue with a hard to describe view of so beautiful is a wine cellar full of high quality wines. Another special point was the receptivity of Hostã Yasmim and her husband who was excellent where he presented the whole apartment to us. Certainly when I return to Guarapari I will be there again

Comfortable apartment in a privileged location for Praia dos Padres. It is as if the backyard of the building is the beach. The beach is well reserved, beautiful and without cars and buildings hindering contact with nature. Contact with Seazone was super quiet. They are very kind and helpful!

My stay in Guarapari was wonderful! The apartment is super cozy and has a simply amazing view from the window — a real gift every day! Although the building is old and needs some upgrades, this did not hinder the experience. On the contrary, the days there were light and pleasant. The host Jhonny deserves all the praise: always available, attentive and quick to respond. I felt very welcome and grateful for all the attention. It was a special experience and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!

One of the best homes I've ever had. Super complete and comfortable. The very accessible and helpful hostess. Jackson also provided great support. The place is wonderful. Many quiet places to rest and have great beaches nearby. You can walk. A late afternoon tour with the kayaks was an incredible differential. It was definitely worth it.

We were treated very well by Paulo and his father Luiz Carlos. The house is excellent, in measure, but the real view is MORE BEAUTIFUL than in the photos! Besides, it's a 5-minute walk to the beach!
