The apartment is great very close to the beach of Bacutia which is beautiful with calm and crystal clear waters, a great place for children. For those with small children, the apartment is perfect because it is very close to the beach, to walk quietly.

One of the best stays I've ever had for sure, beautiful apartment all new, wonderful view. Great TV with firestick to watch whatever you want, great beds, large and spacious kitchen, great laundry, brand new washing machine, lots of bathrooms, wonderful shower, hotel bath! Large refrigerator and freezing well, ice in the door. And on top of all that, Leonardo is a great host, always responding quickly and very attentively! We loved the experience in Guarapari and this place made everything perfect! Thank you, we will definitely be back, I highly recommend it!!!

My family and I had incredible and unforgettable days, Rafael and Erica's apartment is charming, beautiful, everything in extremely good taste, we felt like we were in a hotel. Rafael responds promptly and clarifies all doubts, description and photos of the place made accurately, employees and residents of the building super polite and attentive, it is our second time in this spectacular place and we will certainly return if God wills. The view from the room is a show in itself, spectacular, a gift from God, if I may give you a tip/advice: take at least 1 day to contemplate the sunrise, surreal and beautiful.

I loved it! Excellent apartment located in a very quiet neighborhood, very quiet, great for resting. It is very close to Praia dos Padres, you can go on foot, a beautiful place. On the other side, Meaípe beach, also beautiful and with good restaurants and shops. We spent great days here. Vinicio passed on all the information and was very attentive to us. Célia welcomed us very well and was also very attentive. We intend to return for the next holidays.

Great apartment, very well equipped and clean. It even has a children's kit (dish, cutlery and plastic cup) in the kitchen which helped a lot with my little son. The building is located at the beginning of the beach where there is less movement on the beach, but close to the restaurants and bars. Because it is the seventh floor, the apartment is quiet and great to rest. The view is breathtaking. Arthur was very polite and flexible about our check-in when he said we would arrive early. Guarapari was surprised by the cleaning and renovation of the waterfront, no doubt we will come back more often.

Apartment on the beach, at night we slept with the sound of the waves. The apartment had everything we needed. A good recommendation

The experience was incredible! The view is truly wonderful and is in line with the photos of the listing. The building itself has an old structure, but we have nothing to complain about the apartment, all very well organized and clean, which was what gave us the most comfort. When we arrived, there was a welcome message, the house was clean and smelling and gave a look at the care they have with their guests. Luciana is a very attentive hostess, who proved proactive and available to resolve the issues that appeared, in addition to having made the check-in and chek-out times more flexible. The house had coffee powder, sugar, salt and various cooking utensils that facilitated our stay (pan, board, coffee maker, misteira etc). The apt is located in a neighborhood close to the city center, making it possible to do a lot on foot, has a supermarket and pharmacy very close by; we find a very cool location. Finally, the stay was great and we will definitely return at other times! :)

Flávia is an excellent hostess, always quickly answering questions. My family and I really feel at home, the apartment is perfect, with a beautiful sea view. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but it was not missed at any time, natural ventilation alone was enough, and there were fans in every room that worked perfectly. We loved the stay and plan to be back soon!

Beautiful apartment! It has everything! More than a dies, full kitchen, air conditioning, two bathrooms, super comfortable beds and pillows… very, very good! The parking lot is 2.25 meters high! A luxury! The guy is waiting for you with gummies and coffee in the apartment, a crack. Very, very well equipped, wonderful porters. The facade of the building there is not what you see in the photos, the area at night is less nice, but it may be because of the rainy days and being a tourist I felt danger, although it may be more paranoia than anything else. I recommend it 1000%

Staying at Karla’s place has been nothing short of amazing. For starters, she was very proactive to help us do our check in despite us arriving much later than planned. And during our stay, she was extremely kind and responsive whenever we needed help. The little dependence where we stayed was perfect to have privacy and a peaceful stay while enjoying the beach nearby during the semana santa. We even ended up extending our stay!

Our stay in this apartment was great! The space was spacious, decorated with a lot of style for a perfect vacation. The location is privileged, with easy access to supermarkets, pharmacy, laundry and others. In addition, the cleanliness and organization of the apartment were impeccable. I highly recommend it for those looking for comfort and practicality during their vacation! And the pool and hot tub are a show in themselves.
