Kid-friendly holiday rentals in McKinney

I don’t know where to start when it comes to this property, Anuja is the absolute epitome of what you want from a host. She is thoughtful and kind, communicative and easy to deal with. The property is beautiful and relaxing. I travel full time and live in Airbnbs while I do, most host are so money only motivated it’s refreshing to find one who genuinely cares that you enjoy your experience. If you need a property in this area 10/10 this is where you need to stay. I am thankful I did.

We had a wonderful stay at the Rose Cottage. Nancy Beth was amazing! She was very prompt at responding and gave great information prior to check in. We were able to check in early to make it to a rehearsal dinner on time. The house was lovely and we felt right at home and relaxed. Downtown McKinney was fantastic and the neighborhood was beautiful. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in Lena’s Airbnb! The house was very clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfy. Truly a home away from home. We would definitely stay again the next time we are in McKinney!

Patty’s place was well stocked with pillows/blankets and also had plenty of items you need with small children such as a high chair and kitchen utensils. Overall we had a great stay.

I originally booked this as a “one person stay” on accident. I was able to update this with no problem to show my 9 month old and mom would be accompanying me during the stay. we stayed from Thursday-Monday and enjoyed the booking! The house was clean, well organized, and free of clutter. Having a very busy child called for plenty of room and he had enough so it was easy to entertain him throughout our time inside the bnb. If you have a busy body kid, this place will work perfectly. I will say the bathroom door came off the track, not once, but twice. I fixed it the first time, but it came back off during our last nights stay so we left it for the owners to work with. We bought too much food and let the owners know there were some items we left in the fridge incase they wanted them (they were brand new) and they were extremely receptive. I felt safe and would pick this place again if I happen to come through this area and need lodging!! I recommend this booking.

The stay was great. We paid extra to have the pool heated, and our entire family played in the pool each day we were there. Having both a dining and a kitchen table made it easy to cook and eat there and to play board games as a family. The home provided privacy and access to bathrooms, and there were two parking spaces. The only downside is that the code access on the back door wasn't working while we were there, but I'm positive that will be fixed before the next guests arrive. There's a beautiful and close walk along a waterway with a variety of water birds, and my daughter and I loved an early morning walk there. The entire area was sparkling clean. Since we have health issues that require us to eat outside when we can, we were pleased to find several very nice restaurants with shaded outdoor patios. I recommend the host and the home for a family vacation.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I felt right at home. I was able to work in the corner office nook. It was the perfect place for my laptop while my husband slept in the bedroom. Great place for two people. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was right in front of a dog park with a small really cute patio. It was right in front of a Whole Foods with great options to eat and down the street from multiple amazing restaurants 10 out of 10 would stay again and probably will

Small Escapes was perfect for my stay. It was close to historic Frisco and close to the Dallas North Tollway to travel around. The condo itself was clean and had everything supplied for a week long stay. The building was also well kept and quiet.

Had a great family Spring Break. Loved how close this property was to everything. Additionally, the property was very quiet which was great for our family.

If you're looking for a lot of space for your family of 4, then this might not be for you. But if you are looking for a cozy living space, clean, with a gym, and swimming pool, and a great location to reach all your destinations, then you will enjoy your stay here.

Clean, quiet apartment. Has all the basics, plus the host provided a pack-and-play for our baby. Parking & getting to the unit wasn’t ideal but just part of staying in an apartment complex. Overall a fair rate and good place to stay especially since we booked short notice on a holiday weekend. Host was responsive & helpful.

Legacy is one of my fave places in Dallas, and this was the most perfect place to stay. Ample garaged parking which is rare in this area. The apartment was well stocked, clean and beautiful. Walkable to tonnes of eateries, and the balconette was great for watching the fountain show of an evening. Newman was super helpful, friendly and informative. Great host! I'd absolutely stay here on my next trip, Thanks Newman!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The view is amazing and the studio unit had everything you could want. The bathroom was huge and had a jetted soaker tub. While we visited during a thunderstorm, I will definitely be back to use the kayaks!! Super friendly hosts would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely spot! The place was incredibly cozy and spotless, making me feel right at home. The location was fantastic - just a stone's throw away from great bars and restaurants, public transportation, markets, and even a pharmacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to both couples and solo travelers. The atmosphere was super welcoming, making my stay truly unforgettable.

We have a wonderful day. I have no complaints a great place for great price. Definitely looking forward to booking with them again. The only thing I has trouble with was the temperature with the water it was too hot at times but if you let it run for a bit it get to perfect temp

I’ve been staying in Airbnbs all month, and this was hands down the best one. Beautifully decorated, super clean, really quiet, and Ajen was so nice and quick to respond. I was seriously impressed with how clean (or maybe brand new?) the dishes and utensils were. Most places I didn’t even want to cook in the kitchen, but here I made meals both nights with no worries. The ocean view was a huge plus too—wish I could’ve stayed longer. Thanks so much for having me!

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

Christina’s place was so comfortable and welcoming! Everywhere we needed to be was within a short drive. The neighborhood was quiet and clean! Christina was a wonderful host and we plan on staying here again should we need a place to stay in Dallas that is clean and affordable!

This place was just as described and pictured. The hosts provided a generous supply of towels, paper products and even detergent for the full-size washer and dryer! Although it’s an older complex and close to commercial shopping plazas and noise, it was relatively quiet at night, comfortable, and nicely furnished with 2 larger televisions.
