Very happy we took a chance on this home. We had such a wonderful time. The owner has every amenity well thought out. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that had this many supplies which is nice when you fly and can’t bring as much as normal. We ate lots of good seafood. My grandsons spent hours fishing on the dock.

Beautiful property! Lots of space and plenty to do. Dev is a great host! We will be sending guests his way in the future!

This place is great, we highly recommend. Communication with Robin prior and during our stay was excellent, she's very responsive. Location was great, in a nice neighborhood, house backs up to a canal. It is centrally located between Ft. Myers and Ft. Myers Beach, easy access to Cape Coral and major roadways. Grocery is less than a mile away, easily walkable or a short drive. Access to house is easy, the place was spotless with fully equipped kitchen. Separate dining area is perfect for meals or playing games. There is a nice work area with a printer if you need to spend some time on your computer. The living area is large with comfortable sofa and large screen TV. Bathrooms are spacious and modern. Beds are a little softer than we like, but comfortable. Everything was top notch but we especially liked the pool, attached spa and outdoor area. The outdoor area has a lovely view of the canal and passing boats but still offers privacy. We had an incredible stay - truly one of our best vacations! The home was perfect: beautifully maintained, comfortable, and in a great location. Amy was amazing - responsive, thoughtful, and extremely helpful, especially when our flight was delayed. She went out of her way to accommodate us, which we really appreciated. She also provided fantastic local restaurant recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. We’re already thinking about our return and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We came to Cape Coral to fish with family in the area. This place had everything we needed to be comfortable and have the best time. The canal did not disappoint, we were able to catch jacks, snappers, and lots of cat fish. Gary responded immediately when we had a question and we would definitely stay here again!

The house was like a resort. We played in the sun and lounged. We were celebrating our anniversary and the host went the extra mile to make it unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back.

Our vacation was as wonderful as we had hoped. The house and amenities exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean, safe, and beautifully and tastefully decorated. The patio and pool were exactly as described, and the grill was clean and propane tank was full. The open living area floor plan is marvelous for family time. The kitchen, dining area and lounging spaces together kept us in touch as a family. The kitchen is magnificent! The large TV was super for post season football playoffs. Overall, five stars in all categories.

Wir haben als Famile (2 Kinder mit 11 und 5 Jahren) einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Aussicht auf den Kanal und Fluss direkt vom Pool aus ist einfach herrlich. Manchmal schwimmen Delfine direkt am Bootsanleger vorbei. Das Haus ist mit allem was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt ausgestattet. In der Garage waren sogar eine Tischtennisplatte sowie eine tolle Ausstattung für die Strandtage (Strandstühle, Sonnenschirm, Kühlbox)

I would definitely recommend this place! Home was great and the pool was amazing!! We will definitely be back. Location was near restaurants and stores. Absolutely loved this place.

This home is absolutely amazing for a family vacation. Even though a rainout canceled our boat rental one day, there was so much to do at the house, like kayaking and fishing off the dock, that we were all entertained and happy. The pool temperature was terrific (even after the rain) and the hot tub was perfection. Everything in the house is high quality and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal. We would definitely stay here again.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! Everything was exactly as described—clean, well-organized, and super comfortable. The space had everything I needed and felt really welcoming from the start. Moved from area 2 years ago. Came back our granddaughters High School graduation. Everything was as described on website plus extras. Market is just around the corner, great restaurants nearby. Centrally located, dog friendly very clean. It felt like staying at home. No traffic on the street.

We enjoyed our stay at Michael’s home. The space is clean, new and modern. The home was easy to find and the lock box was easy to use. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has all things needed to grill or cook in, closets have extra towels, pillows and bedding. There was also a variety of items if you have babies/toddlers. If you plan to take day trips to the beach, there are beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a small cooler. There are also bikes in the garage. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. The pool and outdoor space are so comfy, we loved eating outside and watching NBA and NHL playoffs on the patio TV. Oh, and the TVs all had Xfinity boxes to watch live TV! Also enjoyed having morning coffee on the back patio and taking in the serenity of the canal. I would recommend this home if you are planning a stay in Cape Coral!!

The house was extremely clean. There was lots to do during downtime of doing things in the area. Super relaxing. Would book again!

From the moment we opened the front door, we felt relaxed. The decor and design of the home was perfect. Each guest had their own bathroom and entrance outside to the pool, making it easy to keep the main living area clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this home and location. We felt the area was very quiet and safe.

My family and I spent the holiday weekend in Cape Coral and this place was absolutely perfect! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our family meals, and the home was spotless with plenty of toiletries. Is any essentials provided. We especially enjoyed the pool area and the beautiful view. Highly recommend recommended for a relaxing getaway - we'll definitely be returning!

Tracy was an excellent host. Super helpful and very responsive. House was spotless when we arrived and everything was as advertised. Location was beautiful with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. The family loved the pool/hot tub and the gazebo on the water. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Matthew’s place is great; it’s nicely furnished, and he is very focused on making sure guests have a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay there again.

The house was as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and tucked away from the more touristy areas. The host provided a list of recommended attractions in the area, which we used to plan our outings. We drove to fort Myers beach one day and the next we went shelling on Sanibel island. Lots of other attractions in the area too, such as dolphin cruises, nature preserves, parasailing and more. Plenty of places to eat and there’s lot of stores in the area if you need anything. The home was beautiful. I really enjoyed the pool. I will miss the morning swims. There were 3 bedrooms. The two primary bedrooms were nice and cozy. There’s two small beds in the 3rd room. Felt more suitable for a child or teen. I made it to the area early and they offered early check in. Everything was clean on arrival. The host was very responsive, though we didn’t experience any concerns. No unreasonable rules or check out expectations, which is appreciated. I would return to this location!
