Holiday rentals with a fire pit in McDowell County

This place exceeded our expectations. It came with more amenities than I've ever had at a cabin. It was clean, the linens smelled freshly washed, floors and surfaces were clean. Randy and his crew were super helpful and friendly, letting us know where to go to find trails to ride. The store is on site and is stocked with all the things you'll need. Gas is on site as well. I can't say enough good about this place! We will definitely stay again if we plan on coming to this area.

We really enjoyed our stay here while riding the Hatfield & McCoy trails. You have a little highway miles to get through before getting to some of the trails. One of the Outlaw trails is to the right of the house down the road a little. House was clean and the additional parking at the campground was convenient. This definitely helped with loading and unloading SxSs.

It was very quiet and peaceful and a great place for my mom which is very old. And her family to stop by and visit. There is a lot of family in the area. Which very old. A good place for family to visit.

Very nice place. Very clean, had everything we needed and extra. Very roomy and felt like home!

We travel to WV often to ride sxs’s and this is the nicest, cleanest place we have stayed in yet. We will be staying there again.

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home! It was perfect for our large family. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen was very inviting. We felt cozy and at home.

Very cozy home in a very convenient location, across from Dollar General and car wash for our utvs. Bice enclosed backyard for our puppies and to grill out back with friends in privacy, we felt very safe for our kids puppies and our vehicles. Amy is great host and very kind. We definitely will be booking her home again.

We had a wonderful time. The house was wonderful. It definitely accommodated our needs.

We were a group of 11 using both sides of the duplex. The place was clean, the location was great, and there was plenty of parking. You were less than a mile from accessing the Pocahontas Trail System (WV), and only about 3 miles from the Spearhead Trail System (VA) so we were able to ride both during our stay. The layout of the two duplexes was quite funky, there are so many doors it makes it confusing, and one bedroom of each side is trapped by the other bedrooms, meaning you have to go through someone else’s room to get to yours. One each side there was one bathroom with a normal shower and one with a claw foot tub, which our group wasn’t a fan of! We only had one issue during the stay with not knowing where to throw full trash bags… I reached out to the host and never got a response. Overall the place was nice and I would recommend it!!

Great spot to stay when you have a good size group. Everyone has separate rooms with separate doors to exit. Great set up and clean. Beautiful scenery around and a cool little town.

Our hosts were very helpful before and during our trip. Provided us plenty of details to trail heads, locations worth visiting, and restaurants. Any issue we had the host was there and willing to help solve it. We had an issue with the hot water not working and JJ was over in a flash. We really appreciated everything. The location is great because we had access to the Indian Ridge trails and the Pinnacle. We had a blast hitting as many mud puddles as we could and some of the guys did some rock climbing. If you want a great place to stay to ride the Hatfield McCoy trails definitely check out The West Virginia Way houses.

We loved the cabin. It was super clean and cozy. Conveniently located. The host were super friendly and responsive.

Perfect spot for riding the Hatfield McCoy trails. Easy to get to, not far from town if you are looking for a bit to eat. Parking couldn't have been closer. Interior was great. Just the right size and location for a weekend of fun.

I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Bluefield area.

Great location no road riding to the trails

Very nice place. Super clean. I was able to park a 24 ft trailer at cabin 4.

Nice clean place to stay with good access to the trails. Only negative was there is no cell service at the cabin and the wifi was very spotty. I believe this is caused by the router being across the street at the office. Other than that, great place!

Perfect place to land after riding. Super clean with everything you need!! Responsive host as well as flexible. Will stay again
