This place exceeded our expectations. It came with more amenities than I've ever had at a cabin. It was clean, the linens smelled freshly washed, floors and surfaces were clean. Randy and his crew were super helpful and friendly, letting us know where to go to find trails to ride. The store is on site and is stocked with all the things you'll need. Gas is on site as well. I can't say enough good about this place! We will definitely stay again if we plan on coming to this area.

Great location. Out of the way of all the noise of the street. Train tracks near by but house is far enough away you have to really listen for it. If you're bringing a truck and trailer make sure you can fit. I have a 2500 crew cab and 25 ft trailer. Was a little tight with cars on the road but was well WORTH the privacy for me and my other half. Had to park at the other house , and luckily no one was there and the host was more than accommodating. Will/Would stay there again!

Peyton's place appears to be newly remodeled, and its well done. Its conveniently located between the Spearhead trails in Virgina and Hatfield and Mcoy in West Virgina. (Be sure to get a Spearhead trail sticker prior to riding those trails, we found out the wrong way) Peyton was great to communicate with and very fair. I was making date and guest changes down to the last days and they accommodated all the requests. I will definenly stay in this place again. Great trails, great location, great to deal with! Thanks Peyton!

Very cozy home in a very convenient location, across from Dollar General and car wash for our utvs. Bice enclosed backyard for our puppies and to grill out back with friends in privacy, we felt very safe for our kids puppies and our vehicles. Amy is great host and very kind. We definitely will be booking her home again.
