Holiday rentals with lake access in McCreary County

Trevor was a wonderful host and his home was absolutely fantastic! He was always easy to reach, quick to respond, and was super nice and helpful. This property is perfect for a lake stay: 10 minutes to Burnside Island to launch a boat, a huge driveway with ample room for multiple cars and a boat, very friendly neighborhood, plenty to do inside if it’s rainy, and tons of outdoor space! We had a large group of ten adults for a lake weekend and everyone had plenty of room to spread out and have their own space and bedrooms. All of the beds were very comfortable. The gathering spaces both inside and outside were large enough for us to play pool, sit by a fire, eat dinner, or just relax together. This is an annual lake trip and we will definitely be looking to see if this is available next year to stay again! Thank you for being such a great host, Trevor!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lake house. We loved being able to use the dock for our boat and fishing. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching the boats go by. We Will definitely stay again.

We loved almost everything about this rental. The only problem we came across was the boat parking. We have full size trucks and 30 ft trailers. Was difficult to turn them around especially when wet. The hosts were super nice though!

We stayed in this wonderful home for 4 nights. We had a total of 6. My husband myself our adult children and future daughter in law. Everyone had their own space which was nice. Everything you needed was there. Some great memories were made and looking forward to going back and making more. Shame they only allow 5 stars because it was definitely a 10. Having the pool table was awesome due to some of the weather. It gave us something to do while at the house besides watching TV.

The lakeside Arbnb was so beautiful inside and out.? We really enjoyed the outside space which was amazing for a cookout! Loved the sun porches. This beautiful home was very spacious, clean, and all of the beds were very comfortable as well as the furniture in the living room. Michele was quick to response when we had any questions. I have been staying at Airbnb‘s for several years now and this Airbnb is one of my favorites for sure.

We stayed at this beautiful condo while we were in town looking at real estate. WOW, what great spot on the lake. The view was fantastic. The sheets smell fantastic too! I would recommend staying here for sure. Everything you need and more. What are you waiting for, book this one today!

Christopher’s place at Woodson Bend Resort provided all that was necessary for a wonderful family stay the first week of August. The weather was beautiful and so we enjoyed the comfortable and well-appointed back porch; the walks to the pool; the dry-accommodating and nicely-decorated living spaces; and, the closeness in proximity to the pickleball courts. After our days on the boat, we were grateful for the ample kitchen space, cookware, utensils, and kitchen linens to enjoy family meals around the table! The location of this unit is excellent - easy to reach the Pro Shop, pool, restaurant, playground, volleyball court and pickleball courts. We did not use the outdoor fire pit, but noticed the stock of wood and great arrangement of outdoor chairs that would make this a very lovely space to enjoy. Would highly recommend Christopher’s place in Woodson Bend!

My family loved staying at this condo in Woodson Bend. The unit itself was extremely clean. The appliances appeared brand new and worked well. We loved the screened in porch and saw multiple deer right outside our porch every day. The televisions in the units had all of the major streaming services installed, which was great for my kids to enjoy movies and tv shows in the evenings. We were able to walk to the front of the resort to enjoy the pool and playground, both of which were clean and nicely maintained. My husband, dad, and brother in law enjoyed the golf course. The restaurant at the resort is delicious as well. It is BYOB, which isn’t a bad deal as long as you have plenty of what you like to drink in your condo. Only two drawbacks to this unit-the sheets on the beds are not the softest and the bunk room is very small with no windows. Neither of these were dealbreakers for us and we would definitely stay in the unit again! The bunk room is probably better for kids than adults.

The first accommodation we were given had major issues with the AC and no WiFi available, which was not at all Diana’s fault. In response to these issues Dakota was able to find us an alternative accommodation that exceeded all expectations. We had a great week!

This place was spotless, comfortable and peaceful! I hope to return this summer.

We always enjoy our stays at Woodson Bend. We enjoyed being close to the pickleball courts. The kitchen is very well equipped for meals at the condo.

Fantastic place in the heart of Deerfield - was able to enjoy pickleball, winery and several great days of boating easily accessible from Chris’s place. Beautiful view, updated, clean and well stocked kitchen made for a relaxing fall weekend. Highly recommended !

The condo was as advertised. We have stayed in many units at this location. Units have a variety of configurations. Communication with the host is good. Take time to connect with them if you want to get a better idea of which units they have listed might be best for you.

My husband and I came to stay for our anniversary trip. We absolutely loved A Hard Day’s Night. It was so peaceful and relaxing. It rained all weekend so we didn’t get to enjoy the firepit or the dock. But we had an amazing time relaxing inside. We will definitely book again if we’re in the area.

Stayed while traveling for work, the host was very accommodating.

Beautiful. Peaceful. Relaxing. Between the screened in deck, fireplace and hot tub, we spent majority of our time outside enjoying the property. Everything was clean, labeled and well organized. Felt right at home. Two minutes (maybe less) of a drive to the marina with a nice private beach! Lots of room to have the family over! I can’t wait to go back! Also, communication with Megan and Joey was great! They were quick to respond with any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay, the place was lovely, spacious and comfortable, clean and had well stocked. The location was great and perfect for families, walkable to the lake and amenities.

Joseph’s place was perfect for our weekend away to visit family! The house was extremely clean, stocked with all the necessities. We cooked each meal and had a family gathering with plenty of space. Our kids had a blast outside! The porch is lovely! The grill was great and the hot tub was top notch! We had so much fun and will be back one day!
