A new, bright house (140 m2) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a plot of 2500 m2, with scenic views of hills and forests. The dwelling is located in the village of Ruś, 7km from Olsztyn, on a hill, next to several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, BBQ grill, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis table. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an extra toilet.

A cozy, intimate cottage and a large green lot for relaxation . You can enjoy the view of the lake from the plot as well as from the cottage itself, whether in the morning without getting out of bed or in the evening by the fireplace. The atmosphere of relaxation , a wonderful view of the lake, peace and quiet is a great option for people who want to take a break from the routine of a large city . For active people, a tennis court, a soccer field, and a basketball basket ( graphic of use available on site ).

Blue cottage on Lake Mazurian vibes

Our wooden cottage was designed in a modern and functional way. We were trying to immerse ourselves in the environment and not disturb the nature that surrounds us. Our small village didn't give up time, and it's been like before. There are no shops or restaurants, no tourists, just the silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Desert of Piska to the nearest towns 10km away. Cranes and countless aquatic birds invite you to a daily spectacle, where you can find peace.
