The dwelling is located in the village of Ruś, 7km from Olsztyn, on a hill, next to several houses. Our wooden cottage has been designed in a modern and functional way. We tried to blend perfectly into the environment and not disturb the nature that surrounds us from every side. Our little village has not given in to time, everything is functioning here as it used to be. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Piska Forest, to the nearest towns 10 km. Cranes and countless waterfowl invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

Horse lovers will find them nearby, in the Stables under the Old Horseshoe, where they will arrange rides or lessons.

You will stay in a detached wooden house separated from the rest of the yard. Pure nature. From the terrace, you have a great distant view of the hilly meadow landscape. There you can also enjoy the sunsets. It is 25 m to the courtyard area, where you can also use the conservatory and the bar as well as the lake terrace. The house is heated with a fireplace, which also supplies the upper floor through air drafts. For this, you have to take care of the lighting.

Welcome to this enchanted place. I'll tell you a story. Onceupon a time there was a little girl who dreamed of owning her own mini playhouse. Who on the day of Her Dad decided to fulfill this dream and built her this cottage. This happened 18 years ago, a year ago the house was renovated so that now it could enjoy others. I would like everyone to feel special here and find in himself this little child who has found here the place of his dreams.
