A very atmospheric, cozy and at the same time spacious year-round house with a fireplace, located in a great place, right on the beach on Lake Sniardwy. House with an area of about 150 m2. Upstairs there are four sleeping areas and a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a spacious kitchen with dining room, utility room, living room and another bathroom with shower. Surrounded by a large garden with several parking spaces. Barbecue and bonfire area. There are two terraces at guests' disposal.

Perfect View is one of the best views in Masuria that you can have to yourself for a weekend or longer. Insane sunsets, terrace therapy, sails catching at your fingertips, 17 seconds walk to the shore - all inclusive in the best sense of the word:-) And the photos do not reflect the reality anyway... We have converted our nostalgic wooden barn into a spacious, modern home - and we believe this place is simply fantastic... Your home-away-from-home includes a ground floor bedroom for two, 'topped' with two beds on the vide. The two other bedrooms can be found upstairs, where the views are just breathtaking.
