Holiday rentals with lake access in Mazamet

It's hard to write a review that doesn't seem sponsored because everything was so perfect, but I assure you, we're real human travelers and we really found a perfect place. Val and Phil are very present while being non-intrusive, they have excellent advice and are very attentive to the guests of their cottages. I say "their" because there are 3 cottages for rent in addition to their private residence and each of them has its own personal private area, the (large) swimming pool is shared but this allows you to meet together for moments of conviviality. The "Figuier" cottage we booked is perfect in its design and offers breathtaking sunrise views. A little piece of heaven at the foot of the Black Mountain.

The house is exactly what is detailed. Very good value for money. The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to park. Very good location, 10 minutes drive from Carcasonne Castle. The house was cozy, everything we were looking for. Thank you very much for everything

We had a great stay in this very nice house, located in the middle of nature—very calm and peaceful. The check-in was easy with a concierge system from the owner (they also manage other houses in the area). The house is big and comfortable, with a large kitchen and living room. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The decoration is like a small museum, full of beautiful objects from local shops and galleries, mixed with modern comfort. Beds are large and very comfortable. Everything is provided: bed linen, towels, and even bathrobes. The amenities are excellent: hot tub with jets, outdoor jacuzzi, heated pool, and gas barbecue. The owners answered very quickly when we had questions.

Apartment rented during a business trip. Had a very good stay. Laëtitia is a welcoming person, the apartment is new, very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. I recommend it without hesitating.

We had a great time. Quiet, peaceful just the sound of the river to put you to sleep and the birds when you wake up. The place is magical and allows you to recharge. The accommodation is very good. the accommodation, certainly small, has a crazy charm. If you are on a bike, Aymeline will show you the least steep slope to access her accommodation. The welcome from Aymeline and her husband is absolutely adorable.

Everything was really perfectly in line with the description :-) The accommodation is surrounded by nature and it is really very pleasant to have your first coffee on the terrace :-)

Everything is nickel-chrome at Catherine's. The apartment is very spacious and very well furnished. We discovered her Book on the site, it gave us ideas for interesting visits.

Wonderful place to spend a few quiet days. This is the second time we've been here and we're still so happy. Slimane is very welcoming and the apartment is magnificent, well decorated and practical. We will come again

Quiet neighborhood and cool accommodation which allowed me to better cope with the hot weather during my stay.

The gite is located on the beautiful Agout river with great views of the river and two former mills. The whole area is steeped in history and there is plenty to do and see nearby including the rocks at Sidobre, Castres and Burlats. The location is so picturesque, tranquil and natural with the sound of the river ever present. The trout fishing is apparently excellent in season. There is a good walk nearby to Brassac through the woods along the river. The gite is very clean and comfortable and was perfect for a couple. The hosts Gaby and Jean-Pierre are very lovely people and really care about their environment and guests. Highly recommended.

An excellent stay and a great meeting! We loved the calm, the setting and the amenities of the accommodation, but above all the kindness and availability of Jacqueline and Victor, always ready to provide their advice on the right places to discover and to make our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great weekend with the girls in this beautiful place. The house is located in a quiet area, ideal for relaxing. It is very well equipped, the pool and jacuzzi are really great! There were 7 of us and everything was perfect to fully enjoy the stay. I highly recommend it!

The cottage is perfectly positioned with a lovely view over the nearby lake. The accommodation is bright, spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay in this beautiful place.

Wonderful stay with family. The house is perfect for gathering with its multiple levels! Everyone finds their own little space. The garden and terrace are great for having a good time (meal/relaxation) and hosting pets (enclosed). I recommend it for relaxing (house in the heart of nature) and visiting (close to several villages and Carcassonne). However, it was missing some small items for the stay to be perfect (only 1 towel present, no dish soap, empty hand soap upstairs). So I recommend that future guests plan all the necessities. An exceptional stay! The gite is so well set up from the glorious setting and peaceful atmosphere to the fast wifi, underfloor heating, modern interior, large comfortable bed and luxurious bedding. It is a little hidden gem, surrounded by beautiful countryside and our hosts were beyond amenable and welcoming. Colin’s incredible art just creates a wonderful atmosphere. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had in a long time! Wouldn’t hesitate to return to this lovely gite in Aragon.
