Villa Théo is nestled on more than 2 hectares of land overlooking the Tarn. The estate is composed of 5 houses dating from the 15th to the 18th century. Situated less than 100 metres from the GR "Au fil du Tarn" and less than 40 minutes from Albi, it is the ideal place to enjoy the peace and quiet during your holidays. Your Villa Théo for 4 persons will be composed of a living room/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and a private garden area where you can enjoy the sunrise!

La Grange, in white stones and wood frame, is a few decades old. In the center of a farm property, it has been completely renovated. The cottage is on one level, keeping the charm of yesteryear. A large living room with fully equipped kitchen, large dining table and sitting area will offer you delicious moments of sharing. You will also have access, at no extra cost, in season, to the swimming pool of the CHAROUZECH campsite located 700 meters from the farm as well as to all the services offered by the 4-star campsite (catering, games, entertainment, etc.). Guests will enjoy private access to the river, many hiking departures in front of the house and an ideal location in the heart of the Bastides Albigeoise circuit.

Located between Mourèze and Clermont l'Hérault, the Workshop, a former cement tile manufacturing workshop, is an 80 m2 cottage nestled in a small valley of the large classified site, five minutes from all amenities. The house is on a wooded plot of three hectares, close to Lake Salagou, Villeneuvette, Saint-Guillem-le-Désert and of course the Cirque de Mourèze. The house, garden and terrace are independent and not overlooked.
