Cabin holiday rentals in Maynardville

Joe and Karly were so kind and their cabin was everything we were looking for to celebrate our honeymoon. The location was private and serene. The cabin was clean and cozy with everything you could need! Joe and Karly let us know ahead of time about an unscheduled maintenance check happening to the cabin. They made sure we were taken care of and knew what was going on. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone! It was beautiful and had breathtaking views! We miss it already!

Alex and Sue were very responsive with any questions I had, and they were always very polite and seemed eager to help make the stay worth every penny. The cabin was beautiful, very clean, easy to access, and in a very good location close to a myriad of attractions and restaurants. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone!

I do not say this often but this spot is even more gorgeous than the photos show. Hot tub, heart shaped tub, GORGEOUS view of the Smokey mountains. They even left cute kissing swans made of folded towels. When I had a small issue w check in they were extremely responsive. A peaceful little haven, perfect for individuals or couples traveling together

The rural cabin is located East of Gatlinburg, Smoky Mountain Natl Park. West of Asheville. That was a good fit for us. Route 40 is open after all that Hurricane Damage & Closure. We enjoyed that convince as well as the backroads beauty. The cabin isn’t far from the road, so no long steep winding driveway to navigate. We went to the nearby Kyle Carver Orchards and loved their pies!! Support their friendly local business! Emma was welcoming and responsive. The home is spotless. We didn’t use sauna, but hot tub was great for relaxing. We felt comfortable & safe at Thors Cabin.

The cabin was just like the pictures; serene and beautiful. The view was absolutely amazing to wake up to. It’s the perfect distance from downtown to where everything is nice and private , but still a quick trip to get to where you need to be. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I had a wonderful time. This was one of the most amazing places we ever stayed. The place was even better than we thought it would be. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. They were very responsive and helpful. If you were looking for somewhere to stay with amazing views and an amazing home, this is your place !!!!! My partner and I stayed here for 2 weeks with our 2 cats. Katlyn's place is incredible. The view is as described, but what stood out just as much as the view was the attention that Katlyn and her helpers clearly put into every detail. Every item that we possibly could have thought of was already there in case we needed it. The WiFi is strong enough for seamless video calls and online gaming. The location is very peaceful, although do note that it's about an hour's drive to the hotspots of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg (we saw this as a plus - it was peaceful every day but we could day trip over there if we wanted). The place is also on a steep gravel road. We had no trouble in a Subaru and a Tesla, but if you have a little car with small ground clearance and no AWD it could be sketchy. Overall, absolutely wonderful stay and we'd definitely book again if we come back to the area.

We were in town just for one night but it was very convenient for the open water swim that we did in the morning. It’s near several restaurants. We didn’t explore the area as I would have liked to because we got in after 8pm and left for the swim at 6am, returned in time to only shower then hit the road back home, but it looked and sounded interesting. We had trouble a few times with the lock but Ken communicated a back up solution ahead of time which was helpful and comforting. We would stay here again if we do this race again, and if so, hopefully have a little more time to explore. Thank you!

If you need a place to get away from the traffic and everyday obligation of work and just need a peaceful reset, this is the place. From the beautiful scenery surrounding you and the sound of the river below, you can feel the stress melt away. The cabin was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Catherine is a great host and very accommodating. We will definitely book again when we need to recharge and plan on trying to book in the fall because this place has to look amazing when the leaves start changing colors. Thanks again Catherine for a wonderful place and can’t wait to come see you and this wonderful place again.

The home was in a nice secluded spot and had a great view. Tammy was very accommodating and helpful when we got a bit turned around coming in. Be sure that you have at least an SUV when driving as there are some steep/bumpy gravel roads that I’d wouldn’t recommend for a lower sedan. Overall an excellent stay.

We had a wonderful time. It was a beautiful, cozy, comfortable, and peaceful environment. We loved fishing , sitting on the porch rocking, and having a fire in the fire pit. It was exactly as described. We will definitely return. Bunny and Gene are wonderful people to share a piece of their loveliness with others. ❤️❤️❤️

Second time staying here, Mike and Micki are excellent hosts! Tucked away just enough to be peaceful & private but yet still close to all the fun stuff to do! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Beautiful view of Cherokee Lake. Hosts were extremely knowledgeable, left clear instructions and made us feel at home! We will definitely stay here again!!

Our first Airbnb experience where all boxes were checked. The mountain views are simply amazing and added to our overall enjoyment. This is the type of stay where you don’t want to leave. There is room to explore, read, relax and play games. The location is close to town while still feeling the solace of the country. Special notes from Robin were an extra touch - many thoughtful details were incorporate into the design of this property, we appreciate your attentiveness. We were also able to relax (the bedding is very comfortable). This worked well for our party of 6, 8 can work also depending on the group dynamics. We loved the gardens too. Thank you, this stay was the perfect way to celebrate my birthday and Father’s Day.

This was the most beautiful stay we have ever had from Airbnb. We have stayed many places across the globe and I truly don’t think anything compares to how perfect Megan and Alan made this cabin. It was a private oasis that allowed us to enjoy our anniversary weekend without having to consider a single thing. They stock the home with everything you may need and more. Things I never considered bringing were available and it made the stay relaxing. Megan and Alan should be in control of ALL AIRBNBS! They know how to bring joy to your trip and should be the standard for all vacation stays

Lisa and Chad went above and beyond for our entire stay. We stayed in the hot tub most of the time. You could hear a pin drop it was so private and peaceful!! Only the sound of nature. The gazebo was a nice touch at the end of every night!! The complimentary hot chocolate/coffee was much needed. We lost power for a good hour and our hosts kept us updated the entire time. Places like Anakeesta were only a 20min drive!! Everything was close and assessable. Over all 10/10 would book again!!

Beautiful place! Levi & Darah reached out with info and helpful tips well ahead of time and were very responsive throughout our stay. The cabin itself is gorgeous, very clean with nice furniture and updated decor. Very comfortable and spacious, well equipped kitchen. We stayed 4 nights while on vacation and spent a lot of that time on the back porch enjoying the incredible views! Some noise during the day - traffic and landscaping from neighborhoods nearby - but quiet at night. Seriously consider driving a 4WD/AWD vehicle up to the cabin because it really is steep and between moss growing on the road & any amount of rain it can get really slick. It rained a lot during our stay and our Honda Civic made it up but was a nail biter every time. Overall an excellent experience, we really enjoyed our stay! Great place to retreat and minutes away from restaurants and things to do in Townsend.

Orchard Mountain view is a great option for a mid-size crew looking to explore the local area in and around Ride Royal, Tackett creek. Home is thought out well and appropriately equipped. Great views from the rear deck of home. Would be phenomenal during the fall months. Was very comfortable four our party of six. Would definitely consider it again if we return to this area to ride. Driveway was able to handle our equipment trailer with some creative driving. I would like to see a regular propane grill instead of a blackstone but that is just my preference to BBQ. Did have visits a couple nights from local wildlife so it is necessary to appropriately store trash. I think a steel trash encloser would be a nice addition. Would just have to be creative as how to make it blend into the beautiful surroundings.

The place was wonderful! It’s the perfect combination of rustic and cozy, with beautiful views of the Smokes. My husband and I definitely felt at home durning our stay. We had a wonderful time unplugging, and feeling like we were away from others, but less then 10 minutes from the local Walmart, for those last minute forgot to packs! Jeff is a great host, and gets back in a timely matter.

This was a beautiful place for our vacation. The cabin was tucked away so you had privacy and it was peaceful. The view of the smokey mountains was amazing! It was so clean and the host was great with communication! We would definitely recommend for any kind of stay!

Kate was an impeccable communicator - often responding within a few minutes and at the ready to be helpful (even recommending hikes, etc). A few highlights: * Comfy bed! * Great view of sunrise & mountains * Record player was a sweet touch * Great questions deck for couples to share conversation * Cozy vibe * Hot tub was *so* nice after long hikes * We were thrilled to see a bear right outside the house * Neighbors were closer than we expected on three out of four sides of the cabin (while the location was on a mountain, it was not remote/isolated at all) - neighborhood feel
