The condo was just like the pictures, and the amenities were great! John was very responsive and made everything super easy. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Great clean place with a very nice view of the ocean from the bed. The place was in a great location with tons to do all around. The door code was super nice because we didn’t need to worry about losing a key or anything. The room comes with everything you need and even more. Was very pleased and had a wonderful time in Maui :)

Perfect place to enjoy Maui with beach view from balcony. The beds were comfy and the apartment was super well equipped! We had a toddler and there was a pack n play, dining chair booster, a few toys, and baby utensils! Megan was super responsive and helpful. Could not ask for a better experience. Highly recommend the walk down the beach to the sugar beach bakery.

We came here for our 20th anniversary. The views and beach are unparalleled. It is a more private setting and not walkable to downtown Kihei. This was perfect for us because we just wanted a chill place to be. It is still very accessible to the entire island and Kihei is really easy to get to. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Maui!

Both beds were extremely comfortable. The location couldn’t have been more perfect just steps away from Kam II beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Everything was perfect for our short 2 night stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Derrick was so friendly and his place was just 30 seconds from the beach! He was generous with beach gear (chairs, boogie boards) and was happy to give recommendations and teach us about the local plants and animals. We will definitely be coming back!

The condo was even better than what the pictures showed. Very generously supplied with more than just basic essentials. Loved the Keto that very much follows our lifestyle. The beds are extremely comfortable.

Jennifer's place was wonderful! We ended our two week trip at Jennifer's on purpose... we figured we would be able to relax and unwind and we certainly did. With the pool, hot tub, and beach all moments away we enjoyed a relaxing environment qith everything you need within a short distance. My Mom is already planning another trip with her sisters to Jennifer's place!

Enjoyed our comfortable stay here. Wonderful view of the ocean while cooking or relaxing outside on the balcony! Condo was well equipped with everything we needed along with helpful instructions/labels. Appreciated having beach chairs and towels to use also. The property grounds were well manicured and centrally located to explore the island. Communication with Michael was excellent with quick response to questions and letting us know that the place was ready for an earlier arrival.

Book it! I have come to Maui several times and stayed at both Hotels and condo type resorts and let me te you this is perfect (especially for families) The house had everything from a fully stocked kitchen (minus food ofc) , Pack and play for babies to beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, snorkel gear. I usually rent those, so that was nice to have! The view of the ocean from the kitchen, living room, and bedroom was such a treat. The condo atmosphere is mostly quiet and laid-back. The lanai was my absolute favorite! I was nervous about not having AC but it honestly was not needed between the fans and the natural ocean breeze that comes in(especially in the second room) the whole house stays comfortable. I absolutely will be staying here again in the future!

What an amazing place! My husband and I were able to truly relax at this beautiful ocean front house. Gardens and lawn surrounding house are gorgeous too. Almost a 3/4 wrap around view as the yard is at an angle and you can see the ocean past the neighbor's house yard to the right. Beautiful house, pictures don't do it justice. Short walk to little beach with turtles resting on the shore. House was well stocked with everything you could need. My only complaint would be that there is no TV. Not much to do in Hawaii at night so would have been nice to watch movies/news/sports together rather than being on our own devices.

This home was as described and the view is out of this world. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee and every evening we would love watching the sunset from the lanai. As you can see from other reviews, this house gets 5 stars because the pros are endless. However - we want to go over a few cons because as a group we rented both sides of the townhouse ($$$$$) and there were some issues that we felt may have swayed our decision to stay there had we known. 1) The homeless in the area. There is public beach access next door to an empty lot - There is then a church that provides free daily meals right behind the home. Put all of this together and the area has become a hang out spot. We had authorities called twice (sleeping in the bushes right outside our room that had bars installed on the windows/blocking the driveway) but could have called them every day. 2) No AC (we knew this) but it gets HOT and if you have littles it will be a problem. 3) Rocky beach entry. Bring water shoes!

We had the best time at this condo! It was quiet and clean and was exactly what we were hoping for! Don was incredibly responsive when I had questions or needed recommendations to rent baby gear! We had a great time and hope to Come back again

Mike and Ashley were incredibly amazing and helpful. They really went above and beyond for us. Really appreciated the special touch they left us for our anniversary and will recommend them to and friends and family that visit Maui. Their place is beautiful and it looks even better in pictures. It is perfectly homey, private, and quiet, which was very nice but also close to the beach with a three minute walk couldn’t recommend staying with Mike and Ashley more. Thanks for helping make our anniversary trip special!

We, a small family, recently stayed in Kaanapali Maui and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with all the essentials — from kitchenware including a blender and all of the beach necessities. After going around the island and picking up some fresh fruit, it was a nice afternoon treat to be able to make our own smoothies! Highly recommend it. The view from the lanai (balcony) was absolutely stunning. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean, and in the evenings we were treated to the most spectacular sunsets. The sound of the waves crashing was the perfect background to a truly relaxing vacation. The location was ideal just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great local restaurants. We loved being close to snorkeling spots and whale watching opportunities. The complex also had a pool, hot tub, and BBQ grill

This is really well situated. A hundred feet from the back door and you are on the beach. Wake to the sounds of the birds from the adjacent wildlife refuge. It's intimate, with only four rental units in the building. No big hotels in the area, so the beach is uncrowded, and has basking sea turtles! Beautiful sunsets. They could have had 5 units, but kindly equipped the middle unit as a common room where departing guests leave food, drinks, and supplies like sunscreen, bug spray, etc. Free snorkeling and beach supplies, bikes with lights/locks/helmets, boogie and paddleboards, an ocean kayak, TONS of movies, books, and CDs. Our unit was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything except a dishwasher and a full-size oven (there is big high quality toaster oven). Note the toilet/shower area is open at the top. Gary and his team communicated clearly for entry and exit but otherwise left us alone unless we had a question. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here! Perfect location, steps to the beach, great restaurants close by, and super walkable. The place was stocked with umbrellas, chairs, coolers, blenders, etc. Bed was comfy too. The balcony though, sealed the deal! We spent our early evenings playing games, having drinks and watching the sunset. Will definitely come back! The only negative was that the AC pushed all the heat onto the balcony which made for an even hotter balcony but small potatoes! Was still enjoyable.

Our stay could not have been better. The unit was very well equipped, had everything we needed. The view gland location could not be beat. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at Aaron's apartment. It was exactly as described... and more! Spacious, pristine, modern, comfortable, and peaceful - we were very comfortable throughout our stay. There were thoughtful touches throughout & Aaron was extremely proactive in checking in throughout our stay. All beach equipment (towels, chairs, umbrellas, cooler) was in great condition, Keurig coffee pods were provided, and appliances/dishware were all seemingly in new condition. The water pressure was excellent, and the air conditioning was perfectly functional. We loved the property's location as well -- a short drive to lots of great restaurants & the Kam beaches. It's also right on a park where we watched sunset from the beach. The pool & hot tub were a great touch and we met many other friendly neighbors. Highly recommend Aaron as a host, and this condo for your Maui stay!

Beautiful place and great location. My only concern was how hot the bedroom was. We ended up sleeping on the pull out couch in the living room.

Really nice unit! Furniture and decorations were pretty nice, they also left some chocolates and wine which were really delicious. The host was very friendly and prompt to respond to messages. The location is also great as it’s between Kihei and Lahaina. Biggest downside was not having central air, just some wall units which could be a bit loud.

My husband and I came to stay at Dan's lovely slice of heaven on 5th floor with fantastic views of the sunsets. We came for my nephews wedding and stayed for a week. The place was homey and relaxing. Brand new carpet. We made sure to kick off our shoes and relax. The bed was comfortable and we slept like babies. We went snorkeling at Makena Beach, Kamaole Beach Park #1 and Ho'okipa Beach Park where we saw a bunch of turtles sunbathing on the sand. We had made a grocery stop before getting to the Airbnb to have food to cook or eat when not going out. Dan has all the pans, utensils spices etc you need to prepare. It was great to have use of the snorkel equipment, large umbrella, chairs and towels. The Kula Botanical Gardens was a great place to visit.The Kula Bistro was a great restaurant recommended to us. A famous parmesan stuffed artichoke that did not disappoint. If you are into karaoke there is a fun bar down the street called Life is a Beach. Can't wait to return! Mahalo

Our stay here was amazing! Loved having the beach with beautiful sunsets just outside the back door. Nothing better than falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves. This is also an ideal spot to stay for adventure seekers like me and my husband. We explored and hiked up the west coast beaches for most of our time and it was our best vacation yet. Definitely recommend this spot if you are looking for a quiet & relaxing environment, private beaches, and outdoor adventures!

This is truly a hidden gem. The condo building is quite small with only 3 floors, no elevator, and sits directly on the beach. It seems that it is part of a neighborhood rather than a commercially developed area. A neighbors, who rents every year, shared the walk ability to a restaurant and wine bar literally around the corner. The pool was spotless with an abundance of chaise lounges. In short, the location is fabulous. The unit was also a find. It was as shown in the pictures, very clean, and well appointed. Being on the 2nd floor it afforded a stunning view. We truly wanted for nothing. Patrick was wonderful to work with being personable, responsive and helpful from the very beginning. The only down side is the heat in the bedroom. It was intolerably hot for sleeping as there is no a/c in this room. There is a pull out sofa bed in the LR that we seriously considered. We opted to freeze in the LR in order to try to sleep in the BR. All in, it was a great place!! Highly recommend!
