Holiday rentals with beach access in Matulji

I stayed in this apartment for six nights and had a truly lovely experience. The location is wonderful—just a short walk from the sea, which made it easy for me to go running almost every day. The check-in and check-out process was very simple, and Visnja was incredibly flexible and kind throughout my stay. The apartment itself had everything I needed and was surprisingly spacious. What really made it special were the small touches: on Easter morning, Visnja even brought me breakfast and some cakes, which was so thoughtful and appreciated. It’s clear she genuinely cares about their guests. I would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Liliana is a wonderful host and her place is amazing. We really loved the views and quiet neighborhood. My husband and I needed a few days of rest after a very long travel. Liliana’s apartment was perfect for that! The apartment was super clean and the kitchen very well stocked. Finally, a nice set of knives and stainless steel pots!!! We both work remotely and good internet was very important to us. We did not have any issues. The wifi was perfect. We were very lucky to get Liliana’s super tasty homemade cheesecake. It was delicious! Overall, we are very happy we chose to stay in Liliana’s apartment. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

Es war ein toller Kurzurlaub mit viel Spaziergängen entlang der Küste, tolle Bars und Restaurants, Strände für den Hund. Die vielen Stufen nimmt man gerne in Kauf, der Ausblick von der Terrasse aufs Meer macht einiges wett. danke an Marijana für ihre freundliche Art und für ihre Flexibilität

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, Top Aussicht,

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Appartement in Ičići! Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist einfach grandios – schon beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon konnten wir den Sonnenaufgang über der Adria genießen. Der Swimmingpool im Garten mit direktem Meerblick war ein echtes Highlight – schön ruhig, ideal zum Entspannen nach einem Strandtag. Die Lage ist top: Der nächste Strand ist in wenigen Minuten über die Stiege zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso wie ein Supermarkt, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und unkompliziert gemacht hat. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tom’s and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and impeccably clean. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable living and sleeping areas, every detail has been taken care of. The little charming city of Cres is just 20min away (by car) and had everything we needed - supermarket, ATMs, great restaurants and cafes and even two real beekeeper’s shops, which we especially loved. The island itself is a true paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. One of the best beaches is just 10 minutes away and with all the singing birds and deers casually walking around the house, we felt like we were in a real wild paradise. Our dog was extremely happy too! And what truly sets this experience apart is the incredibly hospitable mother of Tom, Blazhena. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her warm personality and genuine care for her guests create an unforgettable experience.

Perfekt! So eine schöne Ferienwohnung haben wir noch nie vorgefunden! Sonja hat uns liebevoll begrüßt, spricht perfekt Deutsch. Sehr schöne große Zimmer, sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Zudem haben wir uns sehr über die Willkommens Grüße gefreut. Sonja hat uns umfangreich informiert auch mit Informationsmaterial versorgt. Es war ein perfekter Start in den Urlaub. If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. La villa était encore plus magnifique que sur les photos. Rajna est une hôte incroyablement attentive aux détails, qui se consacre à rendre chaque instant inoubliable. Wir hatten drei wunderbare Tage in dieser herrlich ruhigen Unterkunft. Suzana ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin – jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass wir am Abreisetag noch bis zum Abend bleiben durften, da keine neuen Gäste kamen – das war sehr entspannt! Der Strand ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar und morgens haben wir uns frische Croissants vom Bäcker in der Nähe geholt – einfach perfekt. Vielen lieben Dank, Suzana – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find beer and drinks in the fridge, which was such a thoughtful touch. The host was fantastic, always responding within minutes. On one day, we had a minor technical issue, but it was resolved immediately, even though it was a Sunday! The location was peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Davorka est extrêmement sympathique et très avenante. Disponible au besoin. nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'appartement est grand et disposait des services attendus. Je le recommande.

Sanda ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Sehr zuvorkommend und proaktiv. Auch die Unterkunft war sehr nett, auch wenn die Küche eher klein ist, findet man alles was man braucht. Die Lage der Unterkunft war auch sehr gut und dank der tollen Tipps von Sanda, konnten wir schöne Unternehmungen durchführen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gern weiter!

Die Anfahrt ist zwar nicht ganz einfach aufgrund der Lage direkt am Hafen muss man den Weg dahin erstmal finden, aber Darijas Familie war sehr sehr hilfsbereit und wir haben dann die Wohnung gefunden. Ansonsten was soll man sagen; perfekte 3,5 Tage! Super Lage am Hafen mit vielen Restaurants man kriegt den Betrieb ein bisschen mit, aber es stört nicht. Super zentrale Wohnung mit tollem Blick und einem Zugang zum Meer über den hinteren Gartenbereich. Nur auf die vielen Stufen muss man hinweisen, falls man älter oder zu Fuss nicht gut ist, aber aufgrund der Lage unvermeidbar.

Sanja war eine perfekte Gastgeberin und hatte uns sogar etwas Essen vorab besorgt da wir an einem Feiertag bei geschlossenen Geschäften ankamen. Für unsere Kinder hatte sie extra Spielzeug bereit gelegt was bei diesen auch super ankam. Wir fühlten uns rundherum wohl bei ihr und man kann es sich nicht besser wünschen. Das Gebäude liegt etwas am Hang was die Anfahrt etwas schwieriger macht und den Fußweg hoch vom Strand auch etwas beschwerlicher aber die Aussicht die man dafür hat ist es absolut wert und sonst bringt die Wohnung wirklich viele Möglichkeit. Der kleine Garten mit Grillstelle war auch super. Danke für alles!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing – right by the sea with stunning sunset views. The beach in front of the villa is clean and beautiful, and the water is crystal clear. There are nice restaurants within walking distance, and it’s super easy to explore the whole island of Krk and even visit the nearby Risnjak National Park. Mirjana was so kind and always quick to help whenever we had a question. We’d love to come back one day. Thanks so much!

Annalisa und Sandro waren äußerst liebenswerte Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und stets schnell zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön blitzsauber, und hatte eine wunderbare Lage direkt über dem Hafen.

My family and I enjoyed a very nice easter holiday weekend at Brankica's place. She is very friendly, helpful and just a great host. The apartment itself provided way more then usually and way more we needed. It is located right beside the sea, just the road in between, as seen on the pictures. The cozy balcony offers a great view directly to the sea and we enjoyed it as well. 100% recommendation from our side - we are looking forward to come again!
