In this spacious and handicapped-friendly 85 sqm newly renovated accommodation on the ground floor of a detached house with a view of the Inn and direct access, you will find the necessary rest from everyday life with up to 4 people and pets. The house is free of Wi-Fi, the bedroom with a window to the Inn with a power switch. Internet is available via LAN cable in every room. Living room with 2 sofa beds, kitchen, bathroom, terrace and large fenced garden ideal for dogs, who can move freely.

Geräumige und ruhige Unterkunft. Die Einrichtung ist schon älteres Semester aber gut ausgestattet. 2 Kinder bis 14 Jahre können auf der Schlafcouch in der Küche schlafen. Die Küche ist ein Durchgangsraum zum angrenzenden Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Das Badezimmer mit WC und Waschmaschine befindet sich auf dem Flur. Lebensmittelgeschäft, Café und 24-Stunden-Shop in unmittelbarer Nähe. WLAN im ganzen Haus und extra Kabel am Schreibtisch für einen stabilen Internet-Zugang z.B. für Homeoffice.

Loft im Atelier Dieses stylishe, gemütliche Loft in Etienne's Atelier liegt am Waldrand etwas außerhalb von Bad Ischl. Kunst- und Naturliebhaber kommen hier voll auf ihre Rechnung. Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Brand new ground-level 100 m² designer villa, adjacent to the Salzburg Lake District with pool, garden shower and mountain view. 5 - 15 minutes by car to 4 different lakes. 25 minutes by car to the festival city of Salzburg with all its highlights. The house is located in a small residential development with some houses and lots of greenery, meadows and forests in the immediate vicinity. There are four parking spaces right on the property.

Start your excursions by bike or car from our blue vacation cottage to the cozy Innviertel with its beautiful gardens, monasteries, markets, explore the Drei-Seengebiet or visit the cultural city of Salzburg, which you can reach in half an hour by car. When you come back, you can cook your own dinner in the cozy kitchen or fire up the grill. Enjoy the view of the pond, the flora and the cheeky swallows on the terrace.

The 1-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a house as a residential unit with a bedroom/living room, mini kitchen, bathroom (shower, bathtub and toilet), as well as a terrace with magnificent mountain views. My place is in the Seelentium region (Ibmer Moor and lake). Salzburg (37 km), Burghausen (19 km) and Braunau (25 km) are nearby. My place is good for solo travelers.
