We have had an amazing stay. The property is very well maintained, bathroom was clean, kitchen area was clean, basic masala was provided. One thing to keep in mind if you are planning to cook which we had planned there is power cut (2-3 times when we were there for atleast 30-40 minutes), so geyser, induction, fridge, basically whatever requires high power won't work (TV, fan, lights were working). There us also a play area like small garden. Whatever amenities is mentioned in the description of the property was working. Wanted to appreciate the host, from booking till we checked out of the property he was responsive and helpful. There was some issue with the jacuzzi though it was little annoying in the beginning but once we informed him, he made sure/ atleast tried to resolve the issue. He even asked us we may chose to check out late due to the inconvenience caused. Thanks Abhishek!

The location is fantastic, close to everything yet tucked away enough to offer privacy and serenity. The host Sarfaraz was amazing. The view from the property was just breathtaking — whether it was sunrise coffee or sunset reflections, every moment was picture-perfect. What truly made it special, though, was the garden — beautifully maintained, full of life, and the perfect place to unwind. You can tell a lot of care and love goes into keeping this place so pristine. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Would definitely love to return! 🌿🌅

Our stay was pleasant, the apartment is just as its shown and the USP of the place is the beautiful green park outside. The food scene in the complex is good and zomato available which is convenient. The locality is good and safe. Overall it was worth it and I would recommend this place 100%.

The stay at this place was so comfortable. felt like our home. All the facilities including a shpping mall and restaurant are available nearby. Online delivery services are also available . Perfect hills for evening walk and enjoy the beauty of nature. The host Prashant was so helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Had a lovely and peaceful time. The house was well-equipped with amenities, had easy to read instructions pasted everywhere for easy use of equipment like microwave, geyser, water filter, etc. The surrounding area was also very well kept and peaceful. We had a great time going on night walks, enjoying the weather with friends and family.

The property is well maintained . It has amazing view of the Pawna lake and Sunset view is amazing. Pool although small but nice and clean and the Jauccuzi as well was great. Location is perfect and very well connected with Pune. Roads are good all through out and we had no difficulty in finding this place. We really enjoyed our stay at this place.

Very clean and spacious property. Swimming pool and jacuzzi was very well maintained. We were a 10 members group including kids and elderly and everyone liked the stay. Caretaker was really nice and responsive and had arranged all food supplies and transportation for us without any extra charges. Location was peaceful and safe though you will not have much shops nearby, it's residential area but still swiggy zomato was available easily. Overall i will strongly recommend this property for a family trip like ours.

I had a wonderful experience at Sukant Homestay! Even though I planned this trip on short notice, Mandar and the caretaker were incredibly welcoming and ensured everything was ready for my stay. Mandar is a fantastic host—attentive, helpful, and always available to assist. The location is beautifully remote, offering peace and tranquility, yet it still has good mobile network connectivity. The WiFi was reliable, which made it easy for me to work remotely without any issues. As a solo traveler, safety was my top priority, and I felt completely secure throughout my stay. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, homecooked meals that added to the comfort of the stay. Whether you’re looking for a work-from-nature experience or just a quiet getaway, this place is perfect. Highly recommended, and I can’t wait to visit again!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful and aesthetic villa. The scenic, photogenic views made it a perfect spot for a small gathering or get-together. The peaceful surroundings and charming atmosphere were especially enjoyable during the monsoon season. The caretaker and host were very helpful and accommodating—we even enjoyed chai and pakode prepared by the caretaker, which added a lovely personal touch. There were no issues with playing music, which made our time even more enjoyable. While the location is a bit challenging to reach and slightly pricey for a one-bedroom setup, the overall experience was truly worthwhile.

Nikhil is an incredibly accommodating host, and will ensure that you are comfortable during your stay by means of prompt communication as well as very well equipped and helpful staff (security, housekeeping, well priced laundry services) at the airbnb. We didn’t face any difficulties during our two week stay and would choose this place again. The stay is exactly as described in the pictures, is super clean and comfortable. All the appliances, crockery, toiletries etc are clean and well maintained. You would also be staying in an upscale locality which has proximity to all the best places in Bandra. I recently stayed in a beautiful studio apartment in Lodha Belmondo, Gahunje, Pune for 3 days, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The studio was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and came with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. From cozy interiors to well maintained surroundings, everything about the space made it feel like a home away from home. And not to mention the golf course view it was surreal. What stood out even more was the host’s responsiveness. Mr Premdas ji was prompt, helpful and always available to assist over a call. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely! Whether you’re planning for a short getaway or a longer stay, this studio is a great choice for comfort, convenience and peace of mind.

We stayed here for about two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The home was clean, cozy, and felt just like home—very comfortable for a longer stay. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was easily accessible. The host was extremely prompt, reliable, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable—even arranging an extra chair and table since both of us were working remotely. This is a perfect place for someone to stay who is returning to Bombay and wants to feel at home. Chuim Village is quiet and well located in Khar West, just a couple minute's walk from Carter road and a quick rickshaw ride away from Pali Naka. It's an old little neighbourhood tucked away from the main road, so it's very quiet for Mumbai standards. Old buildings are going to come with some dampness and mustiness, which went away when the AC was on, and otherwise the place was clean and comfortable. We really liked how easy it was to find it and get inside after a late night arrival. Amit was super helpful with details for our visa, a nice little welcome note and was always responsive. He even offered cleaning on our second day, and left us a great range of fruit to try. One thing is that it would be more comfortable if the curtains blocked out more light and gave more privacy.

I had a really lovely stay! The place was sparkling clean,it honestly felt like a home away from home. The location was super convenient and in a peaceful neighborhood. The best part, though, was the host—so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. They made sure everything was perfect and even gave some great local tips. We had a pretty long stay. Mr. Aminesh was a perfect host. Always with a smile ready to attend our calls and needs He even helped us in our luggage up and down. The daily cleaning of the house was a great help. The place was cool and at Lodha Pallava. We wish them the very best in life.
