We are a heritage property since 1907 situated in the main market. Our rooms are basic & cozy. There is a sit out within our property from where you can enjoy the valley view & sunrise with a hot cup of chai(tea) /coffee & the breeze at your ease. Being inside the main market area, everything including restaurants, ATMS, Shopping is a five minute walk
“Vishwal is a very kind and caring host. He will help you with whatever you can imagine needing. I had a great time here. The location is just perfect, with a view on the valley in your back garden and the end of the market place just out the gate. This cottage-like hostel has one single and one double bed. Even though this was too much for me (as I was alone) this was actually the cheapest I could find on short notice. Furthermore, the most friendly dog and cat live on the terrain. And if you can, do eat the thali they serve, it beats the other thalis there by a mile. It definitely did not disappoint, I had a great time staying at Vishwal's place.”
Nature is the best rejuvenator and if you're looking to recharge yourself and take a breather from life's hustle. We have just what you need. Located just off the highway yet disconnected is our home situated on over an acre of land that grows a wide variety of fruits and vegetables.
“I booked on behalf of my bro for him and his family. This is what they had to say. 'Pictures don't do justice to the place. It's on the main road but suddenly as you enter through the gate you're transported to a different place with just greenery and sounds of nature around you. The backyard with a patio and a private swimming pool (this is where you'd spend most of your time) overlooks the mountains and trees and fields as a backdrop. The home is spotless. No wifi but the airtel connectivity is seamless so we had no issues. No TV. No AC. But books. Bonfire arrangement. A red brick barbecue pit. Clear skies. Lots of fruits and vegetables trees in the property. If you're looking for a true digital detox and spend precious time with your loved ones this is it. Food is prepared on request to the caretaker. Simple homely food, if not your cup of tea there's a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator and lots of cooking utensils for you to prepare your own meals. The home itself is spacious and clutter free. There are two friendly dogs that truly are all the security that is needed for this farm house. The host is super responsive. Highly recommend. We can't wait to go back again and again and again!”
Mountain bike. Trek. Trail run. Write a book. Or just hang out! Set in a corner of the universe with Mt Kani 5 mins walk. Amazing trekking and mountain biking trails. Bon fires, cooking and comfortable living in Geoffrey Bawa inspired architecture. You cannot find a more wild getaway in less than 1 hr 45min drive from the city.
“The lush green landscape, the beautiful chirping of birds, the calm serene lake in front of you and the simple and artistic bungalow, 3 Pillar Farm was in many ways the place I would love to stay and relax with friends at. It's set in a very small village close to karjat and you really feel like you're far far away from the daily life and world with all its complexities. Soma was a wonderful host and her housekeepers Yogesh and Naunath took care of our smallest and largest needs with smiles on their faces. The kitchen was very well stocked with much more than just basics and anything else that was needed was just a bike ride away. Yogesh's family lives near by and he got all of his cousins to come play cricket with us which turned out ot be a lot of fun. We also visited Art Village, about 20 minutes car ride from 3 Pillar, its a beautiful space with a local cafe serving fresh produce. Much recommended for families and friend groups looking for a picturesque , calm and lovely place to chill for a few days. The living room with its different comfortable chairs and recliners was our favorite spot to chit chat, play games, listen to music or just be and enjoy the nature around us.”
