We absolutely fell in love with the place. Staying in the house was an experience by itself. The grand living room embellished with numerous beautiful collectibles that the owners had got and carefully arranged over their lifetime is the highlight of this place. The house has the charm of a heritage home nestled in the middle of greenery and offering beautiful views. Shubham, the caretaker is a very warm and welcoming person and responded promptly to every query. The place provided us the perfect reset we needed. Wishing that this place built with so much love and care with all the lovely items within is preserved and taken care of for many many more years!

Booked the place for a 4 day stay, we reached the place ahead of time and vaibhav was very accommodating of our need for early check in. The map to the place was a little confusing, but the caretaker omkar was prompt in coming and guiding us to the correct location. The house is very tidy and well maintained. Only issue we faced was with the shower and tap in the attached bathroom on the ground floor, it was taken care of by the next day which was understandable as spare parts were not available. Both vaibhav and omkar were available almost immediately whenever we needed help. Overall had a great experience

The property is well maintained . It has amazing view of the Pawna lake and Sunset view is amazing. Pool although small but nice and clean and the Jauccuzi as well was great. Location is perfect and very well connected with Pune. Roads are good all through out and we had no difficulty in finding this place. We really enjoyed our stay at this place.

We are a group of 6 friends, all doctors. We usually plan a staycation/small trip every year as a part of tradition since 10 years now. We were looking a place to unwind from our busy schedules, connect and share our year long stories with eachother. Suraj's Seascape gave just the canvas we were looking for. Stay is luxurious, with pool, plenty of games(archery, table tennis, badminton, cricket). I will divide the review under following headings- Overall stay- 4/5( place has a great view, but is on main road to Murud so expect traffic whole day. Not peaceful) so loosing one star. Other than that it's a great property. Food- 4.5/5. Everything was great. fish(pomphret, surmai, prawns, komdi wada thali). We were just licking our fingers after every meal. Bbq was average Staff- 5/5 very helpful, they bring whatever we need from local market in no time. made our stay very comfortable Cleanliness - 5/5 Will recommend this place to whoever wants a staycation.

We stayed at Bourbon Villa with a group of 8 and had a great experience! The villa is clean, has a private pool, and is located near Della, which was perfect for our plans. Everything you need - groceries and a pharmacy is just a 5-minute walk away. The caretaker was very helpful. Highly recommend for a comfortable and affordable stay in Lonavala!

Very clean and spacious property. Swimming pool and jacuzzi was very well maintained. We were a 10 members group including kids and elderly and everyone liked the stay. Caretaker was really nice and responsive and had arranged all food supplies and transportation for us without any extra charges. Location was peaceful and safe though you will not have much shops nearby, it's residential area but still swiggy zomato was available easily. Overall i will strongly recommend this property for a family trip like ours.

I had a wonderful experience at Sukant Homestay! Even though I planned this trip on short notice, Mandar and the caretaker were incredibly welcoming and ensured everything was ready for my stay. Mandar is a fantastic host—attentive, helpful, and always available to assist. The location is beautifully remote, offering peace and tranquility, yet it still has good mobile network connectivity. The WiFi was reliable, which made it easy for me to work remotely without any issues. As a solo traveler, safety was my top priority, and I felt completely secure throughout my stay. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, homecooked meals that added to the comfort of the stay. Whether you’re looking for a work-from-nature experience or just a quiet getaway, this place is perfect. Highly recommended, and I can’t wait to visit again!

We have had an amazing stay. The property is very well maintained, bathroom was clean, kitchen area was clean, basic masala was provided. One thing to keep in mind if you are planning to cook which we had planned there is power cut (2-3 times when we were there for atleast 30-40 minutes), so geyser, induction, fridge, basically whatever requires high power won't work (TV, fan, lights were working). There us also a play area like small garden. Whatever amenities is mentioned in the description of the property was working. Wanted to appreciate the host, from booking till we checked out of the property he was responsive and helpful. There was some issue with the jacuzzi though it was little annoying in the beginning but once we informed him, he made sure/ atleast tried to resolve the issue. He even asked us we may chose to check out late due to the inconvenience caused. Thanks Abhishek!

I've stayed at Weekend Fables properties before, so when my friends and I were looking for a villa near Mumbai, I immediately chose this villa. Once again, Weekend Fables exceeded my expectations with a well maintained clean villa, super trained staff and amazing food. We had an amazing time at this villa and would love to come back! PS. Outdoor pool overlooking the mountains is super awesome!

Poonam is by far one of the best host I’ve ever had in any hotel/airbnb experience. She not only helped us when we had early checkin but helped us in figuring food, suggestions and always reachable. My parents, my wife, and me had an amazing one night beneath the stars. Felt like middle of nowhere but we were taken care well by caretaker Deepali. The home is cozy and just as described. Peaceful with breathtaking view. We specially enjoyed the outdoor seating areas - the patio, poolside, terrace - all fantastic places to chill and unwind. At night, the poolside lights are beautiful. Things to note for future travellers: - frequent electricity cuts specially in the afternoon - pool size small so don’t expect to splash a lot and needs some renovation - gets chilly at night even in summers - last 100m stretch is a road under construction as of May 10, 2025 - you are the only visitor in this complex, there are not even any other houses around - master bedroom don’t have attached washroom, you have just one bathroom on the top floor and one downstairs - one hungry, mischievous but super cute cat steals your food so be careful to lock doors - no network but wifi is good Will revisit!

Everything about Seaview Soiree is beautiful. I’ve visited this place many times in the past and will continue to do so without a doubt. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect weekend getaway. Being a cleanliness freak myself, I rarely come across villas that meet my standards — but this one truly does. From the pool to the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms, every corner is spotless. There’s not a single thing that would make you feel uncomfortable. You can truly see the love and care that has gone into creating and maintaining this villa. A solid 10/10!

We had a wonderful stay at Jasmeet's villa—spotlessly clean and perfect for a peaceful getaway. Jasmeet is an exceptionally friendly and cooperative host, and Ramesh (the caretaker) was prompt and attentive. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a relaxing break amidst nature.

A beautiful space in an exceptional location. Jharna and Rohan live the sustainable lifestyle and the place reflects the same. They and the team was very warm and helpful and did everything possible to make the stay comfortable. Instructions were / communication was clear and non intrusive giving us a lot of space for chats and catching up. The beautiful coconut grove, sound of the waves, the distant horizon - it's a five star place, just an hour away from Mumbai. Food was fresh, flavourful, well-made and served with love, but being within the sustainable farm-to-table practice makes the menu limited. The surrounds / village has a peace and calm - no activities as such - the property is so good that one may not feel like stepping out. Overall, had a great time with friends. A highly recommended offline recharge.

The setting was serene, green, and absolutely refreshing—perfect for a break from the city. The riverside views, open skies, and peaceful surroundings created a postcard-perfect atmosphere throughout our stay. A special thanks to Vilas and his team for their outstanding hospitality. They made us feel right at home with freshly cooked, homely meals tailored to our preferences. Their warmth and attentiveness really elevated the experience. Whether it was plucking mangoes straight from the trees, enjoying nature walks under swaying palms, or simply soaking in the tranquil vibe—this place had it all. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a blend of comfort, nature, and genuine care. We'll definitely be back!

Very well maintained property for a quick getaway from the city. Amenities were up to the mark. Bathroom is also well equipped taking into consideration the requirements of senior citizens as well. Summers could be a bit problematic as afternoons get way too hot. Overall ventilation & cooler helps with the excessive heat. But it’s a definite yes in the monsoons. I’ll definitely plan up a visit in the rains for sure.

Had a lovely stay at this peaceful and dog-friendly cottage surrounded by nature. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, just what we needed. Kishan was incredibly helpful and welcoming, always making sure we were comfortable. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the property had a charming, rustic feel. The meals were fresh, delicious, and felt like they were made with love. Our dog had a great time exploring the open space too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and pet-friendly retreat!

We had an amazing time at this property the rooms were clean, the washrooms well sanitized and the staff incredibly friendly and supportive. The food had a delicious Desi touch, and there were no restrictions on using the pool or playing music of course till you follow the guidelines. The spacious pool easily accommodated 20 people, and we enjoyed playing cricket in the large open area. As it was our office trip everyone was amazed and started planning for next trip again a special thanks to Muskan Ji for her constant support. Highly recommended worth every penny!

Had a wonderful stay at Bonsai Villa! The place is beautiful and well-maintained, with an awesome pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. All bedrooms had AC, making our stay super comfortable. The villa also has an inverter, which was a lifesaver during brief power cuts. Our host was superb, very hospitable and always available to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

We stayed at The Mulberry farms for two nights and had the best stay we have had in maharashtra. Shamit’s place was exactly as described and probably even better than we expected. Shamit (the host) was very responsive and friendly from the time we booked to the time we left. The caretaker Naresh did an excellent job with the food and looking after us. The location of the property and the detail in everything is exceptional. You can tell the owners really love and value what they’ve built . Everything was spotless clean and very comfortable. The plus point is the beautiful pool which is pretty rare for stand alone homes in Mulshi. We will be back very soon ♥️
