Beautiful and peaceful place, I appreciated the place allowing for me to truly rest and slow down after travel/work day while right in the city center of Anchorage. Jill is a fantastic host, excellent communication. This was my second stay at her place and I will certainly book again in the future.

Maxwell was very accommodating and kind. The space was clean and modern, and the location was wonderful. I will be recommending this airbnb to all my friends. I'm looking forward to staying here again!

I had a lovely, extremely comfortable stay at Rosanne and Jess’ place. I was there only briefly but was made to feel very welcome. Hot shower, very comfy bed and a friendly welcome. Couldn’t ask for more! Thank you!

The only thing that could improve the unit is a bench by the front door, but other than that, this was perfect. You are close to shops and the neighborhood is quiet. Kirstyn was very welcoming and the unit was pristine. The beds are super comfy too.

This is very clean and nice Condo. I felt quite comfortable and enjoyed my stay. Otavio was a great host and provided what I needed.

Great stay. The place was clean and the check in went smoothly. The location was great and the apartment felt safe! For improvements I’d only say maybe there could be an extra blanket for the bed. Other than that nothing major. We didn’t really get any messages from the host but there was no problems with the check in so we never needed to contact him. The check out instructions were very easy and allowed us to check out with no stress. It was an amazing stay! Thank you:)

This is one of the very few listings that are actually worth booking, the pictures really do the place justice. I was satisfied with every single detail that I saw in person. Very safe neighborhood/area. There is a park next to the building, I enjoyed my morning walks.

We enjoyed our stay! Great place to relax! Host was very responsive! Didn’t have to lift a finger during check out. Some places they have a list of stuff you have to do before you check out. Not at this place! Property is well maintained. Very clean. Enough space for up to 5 guests. Two baths were a plus! Kitchen is small but well equipped. Has everything you need. The fire place was amazing! Enjoyed the cozy warm fire at night while watching a movie.

Rowena was very warm, flexible and responsive I requested an earlier check in and delayed check out because of my training schedule and she happily accommodated. This apartment felt like home. I am very particular about cleanliness and this home was impeccably clean. It was well stocked, and warmly decorated. It had a large, walkthrough master bedroom closet, and the master bed was luxuriously soft, while also supportive. The view of the mountains was a therapeutic start to my mornings and lovely to eat dinner and study with in the background. The garage was large enough to fit a large SUV. I loved this stay, and would return in the future!

Great location easy access to restaurants stores, and to our son’s house. This was a great place for us to stay at while my son and his wife were having a baby. Our host and cohost was great at responding to any questions that I had would stay again.

David’s place was such a great location. It was spacious, clean, had all the cute amenities, easy to find, and even though it was near a busy road, the building was very quiet! Anytime I had questions or concerns, there was always very quick responses and I was so appreciative of that. I’m grateful I found this place and would recommend to anyone else looking for a quiet place to crash!

Cute, convenient little place. Has everything we needed, including a couple ice coolers in freezer that came in handy for one of our longer day trips. Great home base to daily excursions. Grocery store, gas station & restuarants just a few minutes away. Quick access to New & Old Seward Highways.

Excellent place for a stay in Anchorage. Cozy and quiet location. The house is very clean with complete amenities. Anya is very responsive to any questions you may have and she provides a very quick solution. Will definitely recommend for a stay in Anchorage.

Stayed for 3 weeks for training and was a good stay. Perfect for a family of 3. The king bed was absolutely comfy! Only downside was the small bathroom but we made it work.

Ben's cabin looks just as nice in person as it does in the pictures and has a nice cozy cabin feel to it. The traditional Alaskan decorations are super cool and I knew right when I arrived that I was going to enjoy staying there. Check in was real easy. Ben was communicative and gave his number in case I needed anything during my stay. The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood and was within a short drive of pretty much anywhere you want to go in Anchorage. When work takes me back to Alaska I'll most definitely be looking Ben up again. I definitely reccomend staying here if you're looking for a place in Anchorage - I promise you'll like it! Thanks for a great stay Ben!

Awesome place to stay. Very home like, quiet, and peaceful place to stay. Its in walking distance to a grocery store and laundry on site so if you dont want to youll never have to leave the door step. Host always responds and acts in a very proactive manner very pleased to rent the property

This is a great place to stay! Convenient to great restaurants, sights and a fantastic view. The accomodation is immaculate and extremely comfortable; the bonus extras of toiletries, coffee, chocolates and bottled water exceeds any expectations. Yes, you can hear the train whistle, but it didn’t bother us and half of Anchorage would be able to hear it I’m sure!

Randy was very quick to respond to any questions. Place was nice, perfect for me and my boys. Good location, would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. This was the perfect place for two nights for my Mom, brother, and me. Good directions, ample parking, comfortable beds, good pots/utensils for cooking simple meals, adjustable heat, helpful book with activity and food suggestions, and sufficient hot water for two back to back showers.

We were looking for a walkable location in Anchorage for a single night stay before heading out on a cruise. This was everything we were looking for and more! I wish we had more time here but this location was perfect and walkable to the train station, Ulu Factory, souvenir shops and awesome restaurants! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to head back and explore Anchorage more in the near future!!!
